Nothing against the shop staff, but Skechers shoes are very poorly designed for comfort and actual use. I fell for the gimmicky claims a few times, and my feet ended up making me regret it on the first day of actual standing and walking in the shoes.

Visited J8 Bishan outlet before closing. A young lady staff member was very friendly and helpful. I really wanted to know which shoe would be better for me because I needed it for work, and I also told her that I really needed comfortable shoes, as I work in F&B. I kept trying on different shoes, but she still assisted me until I made a purchase, and also advised me on the promotions they had. Great Service! Keep it up.

Visited Skechers after lunch today with my mum. The salesperson Vivian served us. My mum has a bunion, and getting her shoes has always been an uphill task. My mum tried countless pairs of shoes, but we left without buying because she was hesitant. Vivian did not show any displeasure; in fact, she still remained very friendly.
We returned to the shop after 20 minutes to look for Vivian. She was still very friendly and patient, letting my mum try a few pairs and take her time to decide. When she learned my mum was hesitant because of her bunion, she offered to help by expanding the front of the shoe so that it would be more comfortable.
Of course, this time my mum left the shop with a pair of new shoes.
Vivian is really very friendly, patient, and helpful. Thank you so much, Vivian, for making our shopping experience at Skechers so wonderful and enjoyable.

The staff at Bishan are great! Very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Not pushy. The store was clean and well organized. The only downside is that the lighting is very bright and makes the store feel warm and stuffy. Not sure if it's the mall AC or the store, though. Other than that, it's a great improvement from previously. Keep up the good work! Well done!

A big shout out to the very friendly, patient, and top-notch customer service provided by Ms. Tan Zi Ying. My mum had a hard time choosing the shoes she wanted, trying at least 5 pairs.
Nonetheless, she showed no signs of tiredness or grumpiness. This is what top-class customer service should be like. Kudos to this young and wonderful lady for her customer service! Please compliment her, as she is a fine example of what customer service is all about! Thank you, Ms. Zi Ying. You made our visit a very memorable and positive one!

I bought a voucher on ShopBack, but then they said I couldn't use the voucher. If the shop doesn't allow customers to use vouchers, please don't sell them on ShopBack. It's disappointing, and I will never come back to this shop again because it's cheating.

The service is excellent, and the staff are very helpful. However, the payment system lagged so badly. It took us closer to 20 minutes just to complete the payment, as the system took so long to access the Skechers membership to apply the voucher. There is only one cashier counter, so we really needed to be very patient when completing our payment. I hope the company will take time to upgrade the system; this will not only improve the customer experience but also help the staff to be more productive.
