Delivery person does not following time schedule. In the end have to take 1 full day of leave. If they decide when to deliver, then please dont ask the customer. BTW, their customer service (2nd number) just keep mum and another one is a Malaysia line with no whatsapp. No point buying fr them, u can't get anyone to assist and are at the mercy of driver. So if there is anything wrong with the mattress, I think you can just throw it away. There is no way to get the customer service to respond.

Our experience with delivery delays certainly added a twist to our housewarming ceremony preparations. Due to the delays, we had no choice but to use a replacement mattress. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any compensation for the inconvenience. While we tried to stay positive and enjoy the celebration, it would have been more satisfactory if the company had offered better communication and support during this unexpected situation.

Bought a seahorse mattress from this outlet a few weeks back. This morning, received a call from the delivery team who sounded very agitated. He said that he tried to call the first number provided to him but could get through. Then he decided that it is appropriate to vent his anger afterwards at the customer. Rude!!

Worst service in the furniture industry ever. My wife fully paid a mattress at Bishan and the delivery dates were missed for 3 consecutive times. 1st- rescheduled, 2nd- delivery team called last minute wanting push delivery time from 3-6pm to 9pm. 3rd- didnt turn up for delivery. This is totally not acceptable. I bought goods online, local supplier takes max 5 days to deliver but this Seahourse official seller takes one month also cannot deliver.

Second, the delivery team called last minute, wanting to push the delivery time from 3-6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Third, they didn't turn up for delivery. This is completely unacceptable. I bought goods online; a local supplier takes a maximum of 5 days to deliver, but this Seahorse official seller still cannot deliver after one month.

Came here near closing time on a Monday (~8:15pm) with my family of jokesters - hope we gave the saleslady a good laugh as we made our purchase raucously. Mega kudos to Joey our saleslady, who dealt with our questions and my dad's dad jokes with humour and helpfulness, displaying a wide breadth of knowledge of every single mattress in the store. She was also active in giving information. Have seen bad reviews of the Seahorse stores in Singapore and was wary about visiting one, so picked the one with best reviews (even so, just a 3ish) cautiously, thinking of just going there for my dad to have a lie on the mattress before deciding. Didn't intend to buy on the spot, but the saleslady was so knowledgeable and helpful that we were able to make our purchase on the spot. Even got the promotional price better than getting it online. Also apologies to Joey that we stayed (a few minutes) past the closing time, but props to you for being so personable and professional anyway! She was also able to explain the products in fluent Chinese and English and displayed understanding of Hokkien(!), which helped involve my dad and family friends in the process of choosing. Really glad- this experience made my day. Seahorse management, please see this and give Joey a good bonus! Future purchasers, hope you encounter this nice saleslady for your purchases!
