I visited the Samsung Experience Store on February 12, 2025, at 7 pm, intending to purchase a Samsung anti-reflective film. A salesperson named Desmond informed me they did not sell it, which seemed unusual for a Samsung store. He recommended a Birf brand film, assuring me it was compatible with the fingerprint sensor. After installation, I noticed the screen appeared dull, and he explained it was due to the matte finish. This information wasn't provided before the purchase. I paid $50 for a matte screen protector that significantly impairs fingerprint sensor functionality, causing occasional errors and slow unlock times.
