Would love to give this place a 0 star, as it does not even deserve 1 star.
Horrible customer service. Approached a woman, in her 40s, at the counter; I asked about a Merrell shoe, was told rudely out of stock, asked about other outlets, didn’t even bother to make an effort to explain or check. Wow, as if me, a customer, owe her a living.
How RSH can survive to this day is really puzzling.
Better to buy our shoes online with great return policies like Ama*** or Laz***. Cheaper, and happier shopping experience for us consumers.

Wanted to buy a pair of shorts and only size available was worn by the mannequinn. Store staff refused to sell me the one worn by the mannequinn. Other stores would gladly remove the shorts n pass it to their customer

The guy at the counter.. george, didnt give me time to check what i bought. He is impatient and telling me if im "paying now" and when i ask why, he just answer me bec another guy is in the Queu. In fact i just stay there at counterarnd 5-10sec. Very poor customer service. Looks like he is in higher position compare to other staff there but he is the one that dont have the proper service .

was served by a Malay lady cashier, tried using a voucher that was valid for anything in the store. was told off by her that the voucher was only valid for footwear and apparel, when she didn’t even take a good look at the voucher?RSH J8 hiring people with heaven made eyes that can read micro-printed on a voucher? Felt off as the voucher did not say so,went on to RSH Changi City Point and was told that the voucher was valid for any kind of item(Footwear, apparel, accessories etc).
Ended up exchanging my item for something i will truly use

Unbothered customer service, unwilling to find sizes or new pieces and malay female staff even lied about “not having stocks at all”. Went to the counter and was served by a Chinese female cashier and she kindly gave me everything in new pieces with the sizes I asked for.

Non-existent service. Walked into an empty store, and a Chinese male and a Malay female sales associates were chatting and laughing loudly. When I asked for a pair of shoes, the guy asked me to wait while he continued to paste some stickers, then handed me the box of shoes without opening the cover, and immediately walked away. He was nowhere to be found when I needed a different size.

The customer service was unbothered and unwilling to find sizes or new pieces. A Malay female staff member even lied about “not having stocks at all.” However, when I went to the counter, a Chinese female cashier kindly gave me everything in new pieces with the sizes I asked for.

I was served by a Malay lady cashier and tried using a voucher that was valid for anything in the store. I was told off by her, who insisted the voucher was only valid for footwear and apparel, even though she didn't even take a good look at it. Is RSH J8 hiring people with 'heaven-made eyes' that can read micro-printed text on a voucher without even looking? This felt wrong, as the voucher did not state such a restriction. I then went to RSH Changi City Point and was told that the voucher was valid for any kind of item (footwear, apparel, accessories, etc.). I ended up exchanging my item for something I will truly use.

The guy at the counter—George—didn't give me time to check what I bought. He was impatient, asking me if I was "paying now." When I asked why, he just answered me because another guy was in the queue. In fact, I just stayed there at the counter for around 5-10 seconds. Very poor customer service. It looks like he is in a higher position compared to other staff there, but he is the one who doesn't have proper service.

Wanted to buy a pair of shorts, and the only size available was worn by the mannequin. Store staff refused to sell me the one worn by the mannequin. Other stores would gladly remove the shorts and pass them to their customer.
