Non existent service. Walked into an empty store, and a Chinese male and Malay female sales reps were chatting and laughing loudly. When I asked for a pair of shoes, the guy asked me to wait while he continued to paste some stickers, then handed me the box of shoes without opening the cover, and immediately walked away. He was nowhere to be found when I needed a different size.

Extremely bad service and deceptive shop. Bought 3 shorts with 50 percent discount but the size couldn't fit. Staff beforehand says its entitled for a change of size. Went back 3 days later for exchange of size and staff refused us the discount flat. Staff was very kurt about the discount and refuse to help. Please avoid the shop to avoid the nightmare.

Hahaha all the reviews were right about the appalling service from the guy there. I thought it was a joke when I saw all the bad ratings throughout the last few years...
But hey, I just bought what I want and leave. Service is bad alright but I got what I wanted. Just google what you need and don't expect the guy to do anything for you except perhaps get a pair of shoes from the storage and ring you up. Then girl & lady working there are fine though.

Visited the store today (18/11/24, 8:30pm-9pm) and the sales lady glared at me the entire time I was browsing through their apparels. I didn’t misplace anything and put it back where they belonged but after moving on to another section, she would visibly huff and puff to seemingly “correct” how I’d place an item back. This made the my experience there very uncomfortable. No issues with the sales guy though!

Disappointing sales experience. Sales assistant behind the counter did not even bother helping me with my shoe size. She said " you should know your size. Everyone who comes here knows their size " when I asked her if she could help me with my exact size. She didn't even move from the counter or attempt to help me out. Disappointing and unlike what I've experienced in other stores. Was put off by the attitude and did not buy the other things in my basket.

I visited Royal Sporting House hoping today to buy a badminton racket, but to my disappointment, the shop only stocked tennis rackets. It’s frustrating that a sports shop doesn’t carry essential equipment for a popular sport like badminton. To make matters worse, when I asked the staff for help, they didn’t even bother to check if there was another place nearby where I could find a badminton racket. The lack of variety and poor customer service left me very unsatisfied. I will not be returning to this shop anymore.

Went in on a Sunday, and I understand that the staff are under pressure due to the high volume of customers. But when I approach a lady wearing white (at the time 21/5/23), carrying 2 boxes, walking back to the counter, she was so unfriendly, she even rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I can get the new pair of the shoes in size 7. I even waited for her but she continued her own thing, I looked around for staff but there isn't many of them and they honestly blend into the crowd of customers.
She should have ask her colleague ( her colleague was beside her seconds after she went back to the counter) to help assist me when she knows she is occupied. Honestly was kind of shocked to receive such service, never had experience this before but the professionalism was not there.

Horrible customer service. Approached a woman, in her 40s, at the counter; I asked about a Merrell shoe, was told rudely out of stock, asked about other outlets, didn’t even bother to make an effort to explain or check. Wow, as if me, a customer, owe her a living.
How RSH can survive to this day is really puzzling.
Better to buy our shoes online with great return policies like Ama*** or Laz***. Cheaper, and happier shopping experience for us consumers.

The guy at the counter.. george, didnt give me time to check what i bought. He is impatient and telling me if im "paying now" and when i ask why, he just answer me bec another guy is in the Queu. In fact i just stay there at counterarnd 5-10sec. Very poor customer service. Looks like he is in higher position compare to other staff there but he is the one that dont have the proper service .

She approached us as me and my dad were trying shoes and she told us the shoe we picked wouldn’t be suitable for me. She was very patient and helpful in ensuring I got the right pair. When I was ready to pay she asked me to try them once more to really be sure, I appreciate the consideration she has for her customers :) visit was on 5 July 2022 around 510-550 pm and it was a middle age lady with a bob hair cut that assisted us.
