I had a last-minute dry cleaning need for my puffy jacket. Ivy was so polite and nice and put it in as a rush order, even though it was a normal service day on Friday. On Sunday, I got a text saying it's ready for collection. I will definitely recommend Presto to others for their dry cleaning.

Everything was smooth and fuss-free, from drop-off to collection. Prices are stated on the website and are reasonable, so there were no surprises. Service was good as well (you can tell that the lady is experienced). We were happy that our clothes (long coat and blazer) came back clean and pressed.

Ivy at the Junction 8 Bishan outlet has superb customer service. She's very knowledgeable in fabric care for clothing, and is always ready to help with any questions pertaining to that.

Ivy was so helpful and helped me remove the hooks from the curtains, even though she did not have to. Service was professional and efficient. I was informed it would take 5 working days (which was ok) - to my surprise, it was ready to collect 3 days after I dropped it off! Upon collection, it was so nicely folded and packaged. Everything was clean and came back as though it was brand new. The pricing here is very transparent as well. It may be a bit out of the way for me to send my curtains here to J8 to dry clean as I live a few MRT stops away, but the service and professionalism of Presto Drycleaners is so much better than others near me that I checked - so I'm happy to travel down here when I need more things to dry clean!

Terrible service. They lost or misplaced the ribbon for my sister’s wedding gown, forcing us to improvise 20 minutes before the wedding, the most important day of her life, to lace up her dress. Do not engage them for any important events.

Great service, very polite, and most importantly, effective. They restored a white dress shirt that had a collar stained yellow with moisture and neglect. It is now pristine. Unblemished. Prelapsarian. I am very impressed! I would recommend Presto to anyone.
