I had a last minute dry cleaning for my puffy jacket, Ivy was so polite and nice and put in a rush hour as normal service on Friday, on Sunday I got a text saying it’s ready for collection. I will definitely recommend for people to go to presto for their dry cleaning.

New dryclean shop at Junction 8. Located at B1 across hock tua shop. Quite reasonable price being at a mall. Also sell hand sanitizer and eco bag

Their service is really good, remind me for my items that I forgot to pick up. Staff very friendly also. Very satisfied customer!

Needless to repeat myself again as im already exhausted over 1 month of the incident. I'm totally not just disappointed but felt humiliated. Just curious, how are they going to maintain their biz moving forward... But I guess Presto younger management doesn't even bother that much. Pray hard for your biz🙏🙏***Presto, please don't "PR" my feedback just for the sake of showing public that you concern....bcos you had already given your management's final verdict!!!

Have been using Presto Drycleaner for awhile now and they’ve always been great with my clothes. They even give WhatsApp updates if you left any items in your pockets or have any stains/ issues they noticed before dry cleaning your clothes.
