Terrible service. They lost/misplaced the ribbon for my sister’s wedding gown, making us improvise 20 mins before the wedding, the most important day of her life, to lace up her dress. Do not engage them for any important events

Needless to repeat myself again as im already exhausted over 1 month of the incident. I'm totally not just disappointed but felt humiliated. Just curious, how are they going to maintain their biz moving forward... But I guess Presto younger management doesn't even bother that much. Pray hard for your biz🙏🙏***Presto, please don't "PR" my feedback just for the sake of showing public that you concern....bcos you had already given your management's final verdict!!!

Great service, very polite, and most importantly, effective. Restored a white dress shirt that had a collar stained yellow with moisture and neglect. It is now pristine. Unblemished. Prelapsarian. I am very impressed! I would recommend Presto to anyone.

Ivy was so helpful and helped me remove the hooks off the curtains with me, even though she did not have to. Service was professional and efficient. I was informed it would take 5 working days (which was ok) - to my surprise, it was ready to collect 3 days after I dropped it off! When collected, it was so nicely folded and packaged. Everything was clean and came back as though it was brand new. The pricing here is very transparent as well. It may be a bit out of the way for me to send my curtains here to J8 to dry clean as I live a few MRT stops away, but the service and professionalism of Presto Drycleaners is so much more better than others near me that I checked - so I'm happy to travel down here when I need more things to dry clean!

I had a last minute dry cleaning for my puffy jacket, Ivy was so polite and nice and put in a rush hour as normal service on Friday, on Sunday I got a text saying it’s ready for collection. I will definitely recommend for people to go to presto for their dry cleaning.
