Had an emergency after my dental loupes frame were broken and was attended by Ms Maisy Ng. Despite that the loupes were not made at the clinic and it was difficult finding replacement parts, she was very conscientious and went out of her way to help me fix my frame. Her expertise is unparalleled. I would strongly recommend Ms Maisy for anyone looking for an optician

Wonderful service from Phyllis. The temple tip of my son's glasses was broken just couple of months after buying. Phyllis taped it temporary with much care and also managed to get a replacement very quickly when she knows that it is his only pair. I could feel their sincere care and concern for him. Outstanding!

Paris Miki (J8) has been my go-to branch for years for glasses and now contact lenses. Friendly and professional service from their staff for the past few years. Special mention to Khairunisa earlier today who rendered excellent service, helped me do an eye check, and offered trial lenses to ensure the lenses I ordered would be suitable. Great job!

Went to J8 branch to get my glasses fixed. Guess what? It’s free of charge to change a nose pad and replace missing screws. I am surprised by the gesture and good service rendered by the lady. Other optical shops would charge a service fee. Hence, I highly recommend this place, and their glasses designs are super cool. Next time, I will definitely get my glasses fixed in this store. 👍🏻👍🏻
