On the website, it clearly says that the shop closes at 9pm. But when I reach there at 8:50, the shop already closed, not allowing me to go in. If the shop need to count the amount of delivery, please write it on the website earlier. When I was in a hurry to go there, the shop said it closed.

I now have 4 pairs of glasses done with you.
Out of the 4 pairs, 1 was purchased and prescribed elsewhere. It didn't fit me well and I had constant issues wearing it for a prolonged period.
BUT. You managed to make it fit and I can now enjoy it like all the other 3 pairs.
Such a good experience I had with you!

I had a wonderful experience at Paris Miki thanks to Javan! He helped me adjust the nose pads on my glasses with so much care and patience. Phyllis and her team of opticians provided wonderful service with great care and expertise.
Results of the eye exam and prescription were clearly explained in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. When choosing from their wide range of frames, they were patient and helpful.
They were highly experienced and thorough in performing adjustments to ensure the glasses fitted perfectly. It was easy to feel looked after and comfortable with their warm and friendly approach.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. My lens have scratches and so it was time to change them with the help of GOV GST voucher.
The first time was to check my eyes for any change in power/astigmatism and the second time to collect the lenses.
Service is excellent.
Despite her young age, Ms Jilina(sorry if I’ve misspelled her name) has been professional, helpful and attentive to what I need. Also meticulous and clear in her instruction or advice. It’s been a pleasure being attended to by her.

Had an emergency after my dental loupes frame were broken and was attended by Ms Maisy Ng. Despite that the loupes were not made at the clinic and it was difficult finding replacement parts, she was very conscientious and went out of her way to help me fix my frame.
