On the website, it clearly says that the shop closes at 9pm. But when I reach there at 8:50, the shop already closed, not allowing me to go in. If the shop need to count the amount of delivery, please write it on the website earlier. When I was in a hurry to go there, the shop said it closed.

Went to J8 branch to get my glasses fixed. Guess what? It’s free of charge to change a nose pad and replacing a missing screws. I am surprise by the gesture and good service rendered by the lady. For other eye optic shop，they will charge a service fee. Hence, I highly recommend this place and their glasses design are super cool. Next time, I will definitely get my glasses fixed in this store. 👍🏻👍🏻

I see the need to write a positive review again for the team in Paris Miki J8. I now have 4 pairs of glasses done with you. Out of the 4 pairs, 1 was purchased and prescribed elsewhere. It didn't fit me well and I had constant issues wearing it for a prolonged period. BUT. You managed to make it fit and I can now enjoy it like all the other 3 pairs. Such a good experience I had with you! Your patience with me gave me confidence. I love frames! They will only work if I meet a great optometrist. And Paris Miki J8, YOU ARE A GEM.

The first time was to check my eyes for any change in power/astigmatism and the second time to collect the lenses. Service is excellent. Despite her young age, Ms Jilina(sorry if I’ve misspelled her name) has been professional, helpful and attentive to what I need. Also meticulous and clear in her instruction or advice.
