Tonight's purchase experience at Bishan Junction 8 was uncomfortable, primarily because the senior promoter, "Angxx," was inattentive, impolite, and quite rude when clarifying our payment preferences. Fortunately, the young promoter, Celine, provided excellent service during the rest of the transaction.

I have bought several pieces of Pandora from its Bishan outlet, and Michelle at the outlet has helped me several times. She is a cheerful salesperson who not only provides impeccable service but also knows her products well. Thumbs up to her. In addition, the other sales personnel are pleasant and very helpful.

We were served by a young staff member, Celine, and she provided excellent service. However, when we went to make payment, another older staff member approached us and insisted on handling the transaction. Her attitude was poor; she actually raised her voice at my sister and was unwilling to let us split the bill, despite both my sister and I making purchases. We love Pandora products, but we are truly disappointed with this service and will not return to this shop.

I am extremely impressed by Angie, a saleswoman at Pandora Bishan J8 outlet, for her excellent and extra-mile service. Unlike many typical, chatty salespeople who talk more than they listen, trying to push products or promotions without letting customers speak first or understanding their needs and requirements, Angie did not pressure me. Pressure selling turns me off, and I won't buy anything even if prices are cheap. Angie is a woman of few words. But once she opened her mouth, her words were full of substance. She wouldn't hesitate to highlight the pros and cons of the items I inquired about, especially since I was buying for a friend as a gift and I'm not a fan of bracelets. When I asked Angie any sophisticated question about an item, she immediately gave me advice, suggestions, and better options. Her service was no-nonsense, without unnecessary sales talk. She served me with sincerity, honesty, and no pressure selling, and I felt no stress shopping with Angie around to serve and help me. Angie is a gem in the retail sales industry. She knows her job and her products well, and she listens to understand what her customers' needs and requirements are. She listened to me and let me talk first before she talked. I will look for Angie again if I go to Pandora. If she is transferred to other outlets, I will look for her if I want to shop at Pandora again. Great job, Pandora; you have a good saleswoman in Angie. She is a keeper! Take note, Pandora. On a side note, I am not related to Angie at all. We are not even friends. I don't know her at all until I visited Pandora Bishan J8, and I'm lucky to have met Angie to serve me. I am happy with my 5 charms purchased with Angie's help. Thank you, Angie.
