Worst Pandora shop ever. I love the Pandora brand, but if the service at all shops is like this one, I will not think twice about changing my collection. The management should look into this.

Bought a couple of times at Pandora Bishan. Very satisfied with their service. Each visit, I was attended to by Ms. Wennice, who is pleasant and very helpful. Keep up the good service, ladies!

I feel that the staff at Pandora Bishan are somewhat racist, as I’ve entered the place three times (on different occasions) and they chose to ignore me while consistently greeting other customers who were Chinese – though not always in a friendly sales manner, which was still better than being ignored. On my second visit, only the Filipino lady helped me out, but the rest chose to ignore me. I bought because she was nice. On my third visit, the Filipino lady was not there, and none of them bothered, just like on my first visit. I wanted to buy initially, but I don't think they deserve the sale.

The shop is smaller, and therefore has a smaller selection on display. Only 1 sales assistant was in store. Jesslyn was very helpful and didn't make me feel uncomfortable, patiently answering all my questions. She also helped me wipe down the items I bought (2 clips, 1 charm, and 1 bangle) and gave me Ziploc bags to hold the items, in addition to their gift box.
