Bought couple of times at Pandora Bishan. Very satisfied with their service. Each visit, I was attended to by Ms Wennice,who is pleasant and very helpful. Keep up the good service, ladies!

Worst Pandora shop ever. I love Pandora brand but if the service of all shops will be like this one, I will not think twice to change my collection. The management should look into this

I feel that the staff at Pandora Bishan are kinda racist as I’ve entered the place three times (in different time frame) but they choose to ignore me and always greet the other customers who are chinese - not in friendly sales-manner too, but still better than nothing. On my second visit, only the filipinos lady help me out but the rest choose to ignore, I bought because she was nice. On my third visit, the filipinos lady was not there and none of them bother as my first visit. I wanted to buy initially, but I don’t think they deserve the sales.

The shop is smaller and hence has a smaller section on display. Only 1 sales assistant was in store. Jesslyn was very helpful and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or anything and answered all my questions patiently. She also helped me to wipe down the items I bought (2 clips, 1 charm and 1 bangle) and gave me ziploc bags to hold the items apart from their gift box.

I have bought several many pieces of pandora from its Bishan outlet and Michelle at the outlet has helped me several times. She is a cheerful sales personnel who not only provides immpecable service, but also knows her products well. Thumbs up to her. In addition, the other sales personnels are pleasant and very helpful too.

We were serviced by a young staff, Celine, and she provided excellent service to us. However, when we wanted to make a payment, another older lady staff approached us and insisted on helping make payment, but her attitude wasn’t good and she actually raised her voice to my sister and was unwilling to let us split the bill, despite both my sister and I making purchases.
We love Pandora products, but we are truly disappointed with this service and will not return to this shop.

Tonight's purchase at Bishan Junction 8 was uncomfortable, primarily because the senior promoter, "Angxx," was inattentive, impolite, and quite rude when clarifying our payment preferences. Fortunately, the young promoter, Celine, provided excellent service during the rest of the transaction.

ANGIE, a saleswoman at Pandora Bishan J8 outlet, I am extremely in awe of Angie’s excellent & her extra mile service. Unlike a lot of the typical chatty general salespeople who talk more than customers, trying to talk how good or about promotion good buy WITHOUT even letting customers to talk 1st & to LISTEN 1st about what the customers need & requirements. Pressure selling turned me off & i won’t buy anything even prices are cheap. Angie is a woman with few words. But once she opened her mouth, her words are full of substance. She won’t hesitate to highlight to me the pros & cons of the items which I enquire about because I am not a fan of bracelet, I’m buying for a friend as a gift. Asked Angie any sophisticated question about an item, she will straight give you the advice, suggestions & better options . Her services are no nonsense & unnecessary sales talk. She served me with sincerity, honesty, no pressure selling & I feel no stress shopping with Angie around to serve & help me. Angie is a gem in the retail sales industries. She knows her job & her products well & she listens to understand what are her customers’ needs & requirements. Because she LISTENED to me & let me talk 1st before she talked. I will look for Angie again if I go Pandora. If she is transferred to other outlets, I will look for her if I want to shop at Pandora again. Great job Pandora, you got a good saleswoman , Angie. She is a keeper ! Take note Pandora. And on the side note, I AM NOT RELATED TO ANGIE AT ALL. WE ARE NOT EVEN FRIENDS . I don’t know her at all until i visited Pandora Bishan J8 & I’m lucky to have met Angie to serve me. I am happy with my 5 charms purchased with Angie’s help. Thank you Angie.
