Served cold kueh. Asked for hot ones, they said don't have. Bought 3 kueh and asked to put them in a box. They said need extra 30 cents. Wanted an extra fork as we are 2 persons sharing, they said cannot.
The taste of the kueh? Cold kueh with thick skin. Do you think it will taste good?

I was appalled by the rude behaviors of the staff at Nam Kee Pau.
I was at J8 branch purchasing some items today, but the staff decided to prep for the 2nd customer on the line. Staff A (I assume with more senior position) asked Staff B to prep for the 2nd customers' food while I was there just waiting for them to prep finish before prep-ing my food. Staff B felt bad as I was 1st on the queue and decided to stop halfway to prep my book as I came first and was just waiting there, without making any noise. Staff A told Staff B off and questioned Staff B why she stop preparing. I interrupted Staff A and said "I came here first but yet you are preparing 2nd customer food, which the order is more complicated then mine". Staff A started to scream at me and say that I am still toggling on my shopeepay and that I was on earpiece.
#1: I had already finish paying shopeepay before they started the 2nd customers order.
#2: The 2nd customer was also using shopeepay
#3: Mine was a frozen order and does not have any impact whether I use shopeepay or not as it's already a cold item
#4: Why do Staff A have to blame it on me when I am listening on my earpiece and what does that have to do with my order at Nam Kee Pau?
I questioned Staff A "Why are you shouting? You don't have to shout" and then she screamed back "I am not shouting!".
Nam Kee Pau seriously needs to train their staff well and send their staffs for anger management courses as it's not the 1st time the same staff is rude to me.

I wish Nan Ji mgt staff could go eat a bowl of yr Ban Mian at yr Simei, B1-12 branch.
The noodles are very tough & soup very salty - What has the QC team been doing or is there a QC team in Nan Ji ?
After the above review, I happened to read some reviews. Most of the customers seemed to be unhappy with yr staff service. It's indeed true. I was waiting for my food while a Chinese man next in the queue, ordered his food; a bowl of noodles. Yr staff, a late 50 yr old Chinese lady, asked "Take away or eat here?" The man answered "Eat here" in Mandarin.
The lady asked the same question a 2nd & 3rd time, and the man was very patient to answer her twice consecutively.
What dies this tell about yr staff ?
In-attentive ? Partially deaf ? Language issue ? Over-worked ? Having her pay-increment ?
You judge, Managers !

Purchased e-vouchers at Shopee with great discounts and redeemed at Junc8 outlet. Redemption was hassle-free, and the shop assistant who assisted me with the mobile redemption was friendly and courteous.
