nails weren’t too bad, though price is ridiculously expensive ($200+). while doing the nails, told me that nail art was an extra $90 last minute, which was not communicated beforehand until my nails were done. was also pushy in hardselling their packages, and tried to sell me a 1.3k package. better off doing your nails at a home based nail salon!

I went to this store because of google review and once again I have been proven that I cannot alwayst trust everything I read and see online. My wedding is this sunday and I went last evening 630pm to do my bridal nails. The end result is so disappointing. I was charged $268 for everything and it is nothing close to the photo I showed them. Before I went for the appointment, I even sent the WA the photo to make sure that they are able to do the same design. I would have been ok if the end product was close enough, but everything is off from the colour , the cat eye,etc. The girl that did my hands took 2.5 hours and redid a few times until her colleague came and try and help. After the whole experience, they even try to sell me a $1388 package🥲 I dont know what else to say. Please take a look at the photos

Decided to try this place because mine was due for a change and cleaning. Am satisfied with the service provided although it was a little on the pricey side. Place and equipment were hygienic. Janice did a great job with my nails (no nail art, just your usual one/two layers of gel) - giving suggestions to my nail shape and style. What I loved best is the non-pushy sales. She only told me what the package entails and left it for me to make my own decision.

Today is my first time at the shop and also trying classic pedicure. Didn’t know what to expect but I was very happy after my pedicure. Kathy did an excellent job in pampering my feet and leg. It was an experience I never got before. I particularly enjoyed the hot towel wrap and tapping “massage”. She was also very careful n meticulous when she was handling my nails/feet/legs. Kudos to her attentiveness in taking care of her customer. If you need a good pedicure and some pampering this is the place to go.

I’d like to commend Kexin at Nailztreats @ Junction 8 Bishan for her excellent and friendly service. I initially visited for a last-minute CNY manicure and pedicure and was genuinely impressed by the quality of service and product used. The gel nails lasted much longer than those I’ve had elsewhere, and the products felt noticeably different—in a good way. My nails now look consistently healthy and neat. Since then, I’ve become a regular monthly customer, always served by Kexin. She’s not only skilled but also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend checking them out!

Had a great experience doing my express gel mani with Jecy 😁 Jecy was understanding about my reluctance to trim my cuticles and did not push for me to take on the classic gel mani. She was also very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session, asking me to inform her if my nail beds start to feel hot from the UV light 🤗

Would like to commend on the excellent and friendly services provided by Supervisor Janice & Kexin. Janice had always provided me with good advice on how to take care of my nails since I started off with her at Nailztreats @ Bedok Mall. I have always trusted Janice with choosing the nail colours for me at every of my mani & pedi sessions ( I always go for gelish) and everytime after my mani & pedi sessions, I will get praises from my family & friends. Last Thursday (09/01/25) was my first visit to Bishan and as usual, Janice gave her fullest attention in doing my mani and I had Kexin doing my pedi. I have issues with my big toe-nails but Kexin was very skillful & I didn't feel any discomfort or pain. I also brought along my girlfriend during the session and likewise, she had a good session done by another 2 staff. We both like the ambience of the new salon and the services provided were fantastic. Janice will always update me if there are new promotions but no hard-selling involved.

Alice and Ruby were gentle, skillful, and worked hard on my nails, which were due for some TLC by professionals. I was impressed by their range of vegan gel nail polish as well as their high standards for hygiene. These are my nails after 2 weeks - still looking good! I bought a few more sessions with them - looking forward to my next appointment with the friendly manicurists!

Of course, she tried her best to sell company products and sign me up for a package, but she was never pushy or changed her expression when I declined.
