If you’re looking for a place to reflect on your life choices and regret spending $6 on something that tastes like burnt rainwater filtered through a gym sock, congratulations — you’ve found it. The coffee arrived cold, bitter, and emotionally distant — like a tax audit, but somehow less enjoyable. Pretty sure the espresso was brewed by someone who lost a bet and wanted revenge on humanity. The vibe? Imagine if a dentist’s waiting room and a haunted thrift store had a baby — and then that baby became a café. Dim lighting, awkward silence, and less. Not recommended unless you enjoy existential dread with a hint of over-roasted beans. Save your soul — and your taste buds — and go literally anywhere else. Even a petrol station coffee would be an upgrade.

Enjoying first cup of Americano @ this nice Louisa Cafe, small but dedicated, atmosphere is nice and the coffee is definitely above average.

Service is good but not enough chairs to go around, some available chairs in the cafe are served to carry bags.

The environment is good, decoration simple as a coffee shops. The cake looks good so I ordered a sesame one with expresso to try. Not sure if it's the coffee beans itself, very sour, i even don't want take second time. The cake is Ok, but same, looks good only, not much sesame favour as expected. What I feel it's pretend be a Japanese coffee shop in term of decoration and price, but not. I rather go local one or Starbucks.

Ordered a cappuccino with oat milk for $6.30. I was surprised that the cup was so light, and it turned out that the cup was literally half filled. When I asked the counter staff she insisted this was 5 oz. I really wanted to like the coffee as it smelled decent, but this was a complete rip-off. You could finish this in 2 mouthfuls. What a disappointment.

Deserves all the stars. Delicious and affordable overall. Cakes have been amazing, I’ve tried the matcha and taro. They are fluffy, not-so-sweet as Singaporeans like it and the flavours taste natural. In this economy, getting such treats at affordable pricing is so rare.

Overall, they serve a delicious coffee. We particularly enjoyed their coffee mojito, which is perfect for the hot weather. Their BBT mochi Boston cream pie is exceptional and pairs wonderfully with a cup of Americano. We noticed that many customers were ordering their signature milk tea with pearls, so we will try it on our next visit. The service is prompt, and it's an ideal place to gather with friends or relax.

Passerbys could mistake this as a "Starbucks" if not for the orange logo but it is one for all intensive purposes. This is not a dis, as an up and coming brand I think it is rather clever use of cues and design to communicate what it offers. Breakfast set is decent value. Located along the area where Din Tai Fung is, unit 01-43.

Came in on 29 july tuesday 5pm. Spilled my drink and the wonderful staff helped me to clean it up and offered to make me a new drink. Fantastic service, thank you! Their bar seats has powerplugs as well, though it might get noisy at peak hours. The fruit teas are pretty sweet too, so get less sugar if you can.

Please check all my reviews - this is easily the worst coffee shop I’ve visited in Singapore and there are a number of reasons why: 1. Visit at 9:45am on a weekday - no aircon and it’s swelteringly hot. Asked why they couldn’t turn aircon on and it’s apparently because this is controlled my the mall management and mall official opening time is 10:00am. If that’s the case, don’t open your shop before 10am! 2. Despite there being a very pleasant young lady working at the counter, the ONLY way to order is to input your order yourself on a nearby iPad screen - and you have to give your contact phone number - why is that!? 3. The coffee itself is way below average (hot caramel latte $6.90 - large is an extra 70c, iced is an extra 50c 4. Atmosphere is - well, non-existent! 5. Furnishings already showing signs of wear and tear - chairs with bare, worn out spots and every table seemed to be wobbly (admittedly a pet peeve of mine). 6. Expectation (hand written sign taped to each table) to return your cups after finishing. I know about the labour issues in Singapore but, seriously, if you can’t get the right staff in terms of quality and quantity, better you close this place. Yes, it really is THAT bad. Hate writing this as it’s so damning but as consumers we have the right to expect at least a decent level of service and product quality right! Will never return for sure!
