Please check all my reviews - this is easily the worst coffee shop I’ve visited in Singapore and there are a number of reasons why: 1. Visit at 9:45am on a weekday - no aircon and it’s swelteringly hot. Asked why they couldn’t turn aircon on and it’s apparently because this is controlled my the mall management and mall official opening time is 10:00am. If that’s the case, don’t open your shop before 10am! 2. Despite there being a very pleasant young lady working at the counter, the ONLY way to order is to input your order yourself on a nearby iPad screen - and you have to give your contact phone number - why is that!? 3. The coffee itself is way below average (hot caramel latte $6.90 - large is an extra 70c, iced is an extra 50c 4. Atmosphere is - well, non-existent! 5. Furnishings already showing signs of wear and tear - chairs with bare, worn out spots and every table seemed to be wobbly (admittedly a pet peeve of mine). 6. Expectation (hand written sign taped to each table) to return your cups after finishing. I know about the labour issues in Singapore but, seriously, if you can’t get the right staff in terms of quality and quantity, better you close this place. Yes, it really is THAT bad. Hate writing this as it’s so damning but as consumers we have the right to expect at least a decent level of service and product quality right! Will never return for sure!

Severely understaffed and definitely a less pleasant experience than the Guoco Tower outlet. Food is very average but coffee is excellent. Management needs to consider a more efficient layout and work flow to accommodate for large delivery demand in the area while maintaining a pleasant in-store experience for diners.

when we arrived it was not very busy but the free tables still had empty plates of the previous customer which weren't cleared. we had to wait ages for our 2 slices of pie and 3 drinks. Based on previous experiences at Starbucks and coffeebean, this place was less busy and yet they were way slower. the place seemed understaffed with only 2 people. the signboard showed our number was ready but when we wanted to collect the staff completely ignored us until we had to ask her if our order was ready. Then she said we had to pay first and when we did, she said "oh it's not ready yet" leaving us to wait again. 😵 the food was very good I loved the taro pie and my matcha iceccino! if only the service was better.

The matcha cream pie tastes alright; Super chocolate barely pass; Black sesame pie is with strong plastic smell & taste, totally felt like vomiting… probably just unlucky that the 2 pieces I bought were accidentally mixed with some liquid plastic thingy during their process of making it. I am praying hard hoping it won’t cause any harm to my friends and my health..

Despite the reviews, I decided to come here to try their specialty iced latte with oat milk. Surprisingly, it tasted quite yummy, with unique notes from the coffee beans. I recommend trying this order!

The matcha cream pie tastes alright. The Super Chocolate was barely passable. The Black Sesame pie had a strong plastic smell and taste; I totally felt like vomiting. Perhaps I was just unlucky that the two pieces I bought were accidentally mixed with some liquid, plastic-like substance during their production process. I am praying hard, hoping it won’t cause any harm to my friends' and my own health.
