Even though I just redeem sampling kit,I understand is while stock last but staff could had just inform me out of stock in advance instead of straight away ask me to press redeem code instead,after press redeem then tell me out of stock,if company not really want to giving away sampling please don't advertise!!!!banned laneige

I have been using Laneige products for many years and always replenish my stocks with Genic at Nex Serangoon. Since she has left the company, I just walked in to Laneige at Junction 8 and was served by Peyyi. She is friendly and shared on the promotion offer before I purchased my products. She also reminded me to redeem my points before it expires. I will definitely reach out to her for future purchases.

This brand's products have really given me a good experience, but I have also experienced bad in-store service. When I walked in, the girl's attitude was cold, as if I couldn't afford anything. I think she only serves her 'super VIP' customers, not regular members. I was so disappointed with this service.

The shop is very conveniently located. The sales consultant is very professional and helpful. She listened to my needs and recommended accordingly. I love their products, such as their lip masks, foundation, and pressed powder. The packaging is beautiful and fits conveniently into my bag. I will go there again, as they make me feel comfortable and their products are reliable. Thanks.

The location is convenient, as it's within the vicinity of other brands, giving people the option to try and decide which one suits them. The staff is okay, but rather unhelpful unless you make a very clear indication that you are buying. This is really a reverse manner of service, as it turns people away. Unlike other Korean brands, which give out samples generously when customers purchase several hundred dollars' worth of products, this shop does not do that.
