The location is convenient and it’s within the vicinity of other brands which gives people the option of trying and deciding which one suits you. The staff js ok, but rather unhelpful unless you have made a very clear indication that you are buying. Really a reverse manner in service because this turns people away. Unlike other Korean brands which gives out samples generously when customers purchase several hundreds dollars worth of products, this shop does not do that.

Today I visited this Laneige boutique at J8. I’d say the promoter I met today is the coldest sales person I ever met. She doesn’t smile nor promote any of the products, just answer to the minimum and throughout the visit is just like a question and answer conversation. I was looking for a hydrating range for my daughter and hoping that she can help me get a suitable items but she just keep quiet and waiting for me to ask questions about her products. She also didn’t ask me to try any of her products. Of course she also didn’t offer me any samples or paper bag to keep my purchase. No wonder no customer in this boutique

There is one lady staff more fairer skinny with ponytail and she seems very sarcastic when I came in to make an enquiry about dark eye circles.She didn't even bother to ask if mine is what causes and she assume that mine is aging which is not the case as I m not that old and my eye bag is cause by pigmentation...then I told her to try others normal ones she give a ignore look as though can't be bothered to serve me anymore ...what an attitude service...They didn't that we customers do have a proper knowledge of skincare and try to push more expensive ones than normal ones like retinol ..No smile also just black face all the way and still sarcastic say that the dark eye circles can cure wrinkles which I clearly don't have at my face .Even if others have she shouldn't be so rude let alone I don't have .The whole atmosphere is cold and unfriendly which I don't feel welcome ...I think they clearly choose their customers only being nice to some and judge the rest ..Avoid at some costs even her colleague doesn't sound sympathetic when I feedback abt her attitude still defensive and keep argue to me trying to prove what I don't know ...But don't expect me to buy something from rude staffs who show totally no respect for customers ....I used to always buy fr lanierge but now I m having second thoughts...

But don't expect me to buy something from rude staff who showed absolutely no respect for customers. I used to always buy from Laneige, but now I'm having second thoughts.
