Staff were unfriendly when I approached them for collection of an item I purchased online, they spoke with an unfriendly tone and seem unwilling to serve me. Poor service by the staff, would much rather go to Apple Flagship store to purchase

Not really sure why the store bothers advertising 30% off selected Apple products; it never states which products they are, but gives you an annoyed look when you ask if the new iPhone has any discount included. Anyway, I went to Best Denki instead, which had discounts listed upfront and did have discounts for the new iPhone, unlike this store.
