Staff were unfriendly when I approached them for collection of an item I purchased online. They spoke with an unfriendly tone and seemed unwilling to serve me. Poor service by the staff. I would much rather go to an Apple Flagship store to purchase.

Update: However, we went back three times in a week to complete the transfer of contacts, photos, and WA threads. Over-promised, under-delivered. Even then, over 50% of the photos were not transferred. iStudio J8 needs to shape up. Disappointed to an extent.

After facing some disappointing service at Funan Mall (3 staff totally ignored us), we decided to get our MacBook Air from the Junction 8 store instead. The moment we stepped into the store, Nick immediately approached us to ask if he could help. He shared the differences in the specs between models to help us decide which model to buy. As the colour we wanted was not available, he even arranged to transfer the product so that we could collect it later. He was very friendly and sincere in his service.

Came here a number of times for screen protectors for my whole family, mainly because of the fantastic service by a nice and warm young lady, Gladys. She won me over with her attentiveness to me and genuine care in handling my handphones and iPads.

Sold my mum (an old lady) a bunch of stuff she didn't need when she only went to buy her iPhone. It was not explained to her that the additional items were not free gifts, and that they were just offered at a promotional price. Earphones, a portable charger, and a Belkin adapter, all of which she didn't ask for and assumed were part of a promotional package with the phone.
I wanted to come to the store to get a refund for these additional items, but I read their ridiculous refund policy which charges a percentage of the goods' price to issue a refund. I don't think many retailers do this. Just buy from an Apple Store instead.
