After facing some disappointing service at Funan Mall (3 staff totally ignored us throughout), we decided to get our MacBook Air from the Junction 8 store instead. The moment we stepped into the store, Nick immediately approached us to ask if he could help us. He shared the differences in the spec between different models to help us make a decision on which model to buy. As the colour that we wanted was not available, he even made a request to transfer the product over so that we could collect it later. He was very friendly and sincere in his service.

Sold my mum (an old lady) a bunch of stuff she didn't need when she only went to buy her iphone. It was not explained to her that the additional items were not free gifts, and they were just promotional price. Earphones, portable charger, belkin adapter, all of which she didn't ask for and assumed they came as a promo package with the phone.
I wanted to come to the store to get a refund for these additional items but i read their ridiculous refund policy which charges a percentage of the goods' price to issue a refund. I don't think many retailers do this. Just buy from Apple shop instead.
