Need to brush up on drinks prep especially hot beverages. Balance of sweetness and all not in order. Coffee was only warm when served. Not 'fun' at all.

Located on third floor, just beside the open space. They have both indoor and a semi-outdoor seating which is not obvious. One can also seat by the open space and playground while watching over kids do their thing.

25+ minutes waiting for the slow kitchen work... still don't know how long it might take! Such a small and tight space! Will not come back anymore.

The coffee is only warm when served! I can't dissolve the sugar inside. The bread toast is like lao hon bread... Soft and soggy. Not hot serving, feel disgusted.

3.5 stars. Feel like this is one of the better Fun Toast outlets compared to the dismal experiences I've had elsewhere. The egg mayo is better here. Kaya toast today was good with generous kaya and butter. I'm not too fond of the siew mai as they are super fatty and pink inside. Iced kopi and teh is somewhat diluted (as with other outlets), the cup is way too big and filled with ice. Not sure why so many complaints about the staff. Have had ok service here although I always struggle with my Shopback redemptions! Better than Toastbox downstairs for sure.

The opening time stated 10 AM, but I was there around 9 AM. Tried the French toast with ham and cheese. The toast was soft and nicely done with the melting cheese, and it was nice. The coffee was average.
