I had lunch last Saturday and Sunday. I ordered fishball mee pok with cold homemade barley for $4.50. The food and drinks were good. Seats are limited. It would be good if staff wiped the tables when each customer leaves. Waiting time was around 15 minutes as there was a queue. Affordable lunch option in the mall.

Fishball kuey tiao soup that does not have any fishballs.

Definitely the worst fishball noodles I have ever eaten. One of the fishballs was not fresh. The kway teow was a very thin variety. The sauce was watery. I would rather they had given me plain water. This soup, which the lady at the store claimed was brewed with ikan bilis, tasted like an MSG overdose. They don't serve drinks, which is a downside. The staff's attitude was rude and indifferent. This makes me wonder if Fei Siong treats their staff badly, because even the staff at the Fei Siong stall in the coffeeshop were very rude.

I came here twice, and that's it! The staff's attitude sucks. The first time I went, I thought the staff's mood wasn't good. I asked for ketchup, and she said I needed to request it when I placed my order, which I had already done twice. The second time I went to give it a second try, she told me not to repeat myself so many times. When my order was wrong, she told me the cashier hadn't told her, even though the cashier had repeated my order three times. When I asked for ketchup again, she told me I needed to pay for it. DON'T EVER PATRONIZE THIS SHOP! You can get better food elsewhere with a better attitude.

Very rude to customers. I asked for no soup, but the aunty told me to just eat whatever she gave me. I was even scolded by the cashier when she asked for ‘tomato’; I didn’t know she meant tomato soup, and she didn’t explain it properly. I’ve given them four chances, but every time I go, the same person is consistently rude.

Here on July 2nd at 7 PM, the place was packed. Staff tried their best to serve every customer and order. Aunty who did the cooking was amazing, patiently cooking every bowl even as everyone watched her and waited for their food.

Here's the edited review: What you see is what you get. I ordered $5 minced meat noodles, with an additional $1 for extra noodles. While the noodles were well cooked, springy, and al dente, the ingredients in the bowl were far less than satisfactory. The quality of taste and quantity of ingredients were pathetic. It contained two slices of pork, some minced meat, two slices of mushroom, one fishball, and a soggy fried wanton. It's bak chor mee, and they don't even have pork liver. No liver, and they still gave less meat. The pork slices were hard, and the fried wanton was soggy. A very basic place. I definitely won't be going back here. P.S.: They don't even have spring onions, what?!

Convenient place to grab a quick bite on the way home or otherwise. It is located at Basement 1 of Junction 8, which is linked to the Bishan MRT Station.

China aunty overcharged and refused to refund! She chased me off, saying there were many people. The sauce was overflowing out of the bowl, yet they claimed it was normal. Don't expect any service; they are consistently rude. Not to mention, they never mention how much they are charging until I ask.

Easy access coming out of Bishan MRT if you use the right door. The food is not bad, but lunchtime is usually busy with limited seating.
