China aunty overcharging , refuse to refund ! Chasing me off saying there is many people. Sauce all overflowing out of the bowl yet saying it’s normal. Don’t expect any service yet they are ever rude. Not to mention they never mention how much are charging until I ask

What you see is what you get, ordered $5 minced meat noodles +$1 add noodles.
While the noodles were well cooked, springy and al denté, the ingredients on the bowl were far less than satisfactory. It was pathetic from the quality of taste to quantity of ingredients. 2 sliced pork, some minced meat, 2 slices of mushroom, 1 fishball and a soggy fried wanton. It’s bar chor mee and they don’t even have pork liver. No liver and still they give lesser meat. Pork slices were hard not to mention the soggy fried wanton. Very basic place. Definitely won’t be thinking about going back here.
PS: they don’t even have spring onions like whut…

“Very rude to customers. I asked for no soup, but she told me to just eat whatever she gave — especially the aunty. I was even scolded by the cashier when she asked for ‘tomato.’ I didn’t know she meant tomato soup, and she didn’t explain it properly. I’ve given them four chances, but every time I go, the same person is consistently rude.”

Came here twice and that’s it! Attitude of the staff sucks. 1sttime I went and thought staff mood wasn’t good. I asked for ketchup, she said I need to request when I place order (which I did say twice), 2nd I went to give a 2nd try, she told me not to repeat so many times. When my order was wrong, she told me the cashier didn’t tell her which the cashier repeated 3 times my order. When I asked for ketchup, she told me need to use money to buy. DONT EVER PATRONIZE THIS SHOP.! You can get better food elsewhere with a better attitude.

Definitely the worst fish ball noodle i have ever eaten. One of the fishball is not fresh. The kwa teoy is a very thin kind. The sauce is watery. I rather they give me plain water soup. This soup which the lady at the store claimed is brewed with ikan billi tasted like MSG overdose. They dont serve drinks which is a down side. The staff attitude is rude and indifferent. Makes me wonder maybe fei siong treats their staff badly because even the coffeeshop fei siong stall the staff there are very rude.

Food is so so. Barley is not cold when I ordered cold. The fish ball is nice. The deep fried fish ball is very oily and they pack in a brown paper bag. Bag didn't last for long before it split.

bruh the service is the worst i have ever encountered in my life. honestly they look like they dont want to be there. the whole place felt so off. at the tray return point theres so many trays yet uncleared and the tables around it were just filled with trays also left uncleared even. i gets if theres only one person working but theres three people there and in such a small area (10 metres square or something). the guy at the counter with blonde hair also gave some shitty attitude. he muttered to me asking about my payment method and because i couldn't here i said sorry can you repeat then he looked hella annoyed and shouted at me "PAYMENT??". honestly idk how the stall is still surviving.... ok but at least when i said extra vinegar and extra chili they didnt shout back at me and actually gave me what i asked for, for that, i give the food two stars

I ordered mee Tai mak dry for take away and aunty asked if i want mix ingredients so i agreed. She mentioned $10.60 so I said I only want $4. She said next time just said fishball. Afterwhich, she prepared two bowls of mee tai mak. I said I only need one. So from there things escalated. She said already keyed in and she was unhappy. I told her if really cannot change the quantity to one than I will cancel the entire order. An aunty came to place order and so happened she need one set the same for dine in. So she asked the boy not to key in since they had already done so. I told aunty do not need to show me the face etc etc. She argued back said since when she showed face. Ask me to keep quiet will do. Said next time order properly. I told her no more next time. I said aiyo when walking off and she too replied the same. I in fnb too .. since when cannot cancel order after key in. I did not even mentioned 2 orders. Sigh. I told her few times i am not there to creat trouble. Why make the consumer as if is our fault. From a superly upset customer. Incident at today, 28 Sept, 320pm

Easy access coming out of Bishan MRT if you are coming out from the right door. Food is not bad, and lunch time is usually busy with limiting seating.

Convenient place to grab a quick bite on the way home or otherwise. It is located at basement 1 of Junction 8, which linked to the Bishan mrt Station

Here on Jul 2nd at 7pm and the place is packed. Staff tried their best to serve every customer and order. Aunty who did the cooking was amazing, patiently cooking every bowl when everyone was watching her and waiting for their food.

I had lunch last Saturday and Sunday.. Fishball mee pok with cold home made barley for $4.50. The food and drinks are nice. Seats are limited. It will be good if staff can wipe the tables when each customer leaves. Waiting time was around 15mins as there is a queue.
Affordable lunch option in the mall.
