I had lunch last Saturday and Sunday.. Fishball mee pok with cold home made barley for $4.50. The food and drinks are nice. Seats are limited. It will be good if staff can wipe the tables when each customer leaves. Waiting time was around 15mins as there is a queue. Affordable lunch option in the mall.

Food is so so. Barley is not cold when I ordered cold. The fish ball is nice. The deep fried fish ball is very oily and they pack in a brown paper bag. Bag didn't last for long before it split.

All staff’s services are sucks, no matter who, no matter how rare I go there, poker facea to show. And make sure you check everything includes

bruh the service is the worst i have ever encountered in my life. honestly they look like they dont want to be there. the whole place felt so off. at the tray return point theres so many trays yet uncleared and the tables around it were just filled with trays also left uncleared even. i gets if theres only one person working but theres three people there and in such a small area (10 metres square or something). the guy at the counter with blonde hair also gave some shitty attitude. he muttered to me asking about my payment method and because i couldn't here i said sorry can you repeat then he looked hella annoyed and shouted at me "PAYMENT??". honestly idk how the stall is still surviving.... ok but at least when i said extra vinegar and extra chili they didnt shout back at me and actually gave me what i asked for, for that, i give the food two stars

I ordered mee Tai mak dry for take away and aunty asked if i want mix ingredients so i agreed. She mentioned $10.60 so I said I only want $4. She said next time just said fishball. Afterwhich, she prepared two bowls of mee tai mak. I said I only need one. So from there things escalated. She said already keyed in and she was unhappy. I told her if really cannot change the quantity to one than I will cancel the entire order. An aunty came to place order and so happened she need one set the same for dine in. So she asked the boy not to key in since they had already done so. I told aunty do not need to show me the face etc etc. She argued back said since when she showed face. Ask me to keep quiet will do. Said next time order properly. I told her no more next time. I said aiyo when walking off and she too replied the same. I in fnb too .. since when cannot cancel order after key in. I did not even mentioned 2 orders. Sigh. I told her few times i am not there to creat trouble. Why make the consumer as if is our fault. From a superly upset customer. Incident at today, 28 Sept, 320pm

I ordered Mee Tai Mak dry for takeaway, and Aunty asked if I wanted mixed ingredients, so I agreed. She mentioned $10.60, so I said I only wanted $4. She said, "Next time, just say fishball." After which, she prepared two bowls of Mee Tai Mak. I said I only needed one. From there, things escalated. She said it was already keyed in, and she was unhappy. I told her that if she really couldn't change the quantity to one, then I would cancel the entire order. I told her, "There will be no next time." I said 'aiyo' when walking off, and she replied the same. I'm in F&B too. Since when can't an order be canceled after being keyed in? I didn't even mention two orders. Sigh. I told her a few times I wasn't there to create trouble. Why make the consumer feel as if it's our fault? From a super upset customer. Incident: Today, September 28, 3:20 PM.
