We had a few dishes which was enough for both of us. Quarter of a danggui duck, charshao, gailan and some rice. I think the dishes are done perfect with exception to the charshao which my partner finds too fatty. I guess it is because it's iberico pork? Rice portion is kinda too small...
Service is good and well served by local aunties, they even share with us to download the app for a discount. Before the discount, it cost us $60+, slightly costly but they make up for the nice food and service and It should keep us coming back again.
The queue was pretty long when we got there 7ish on a Saturday but their turnover is pretty fast.

They have best food here, every dish was delicious, especially the roasted duck, the duck was roasted perfectly. The sauce was delicious, the skin was crispy and the meat also tender. Really recommend. The taste was 11/10, Cleanliness was 9/10.

Ordered the 4 pax set meal. Their duck quite nice, not the best I've eaten but the chilli is the best I've eaten that does with the duck. It's the tangy citrus type of chilli and it's not spicy at all, perfect for me.
The marmite chicken also deserves a special mention. It's crispy and the marmite taste was made just nice, not overpowering.
Wasn't that big a fan of that pork floss / seaweed / vege dish.
Rest if the dishes were not bad.

It has been years since I have eaten at Dian Xiao Er as I was previously not very impressed. But I came back recently and re-introduced my son to this restaurant. We both thoroughly enjoyed what we had here as the dishes were very flavorful. Prices are definitely on the high side.

Quick service and delicious food. Must try herbal roasted duck. Portions are generous. We signed up for membership which is really good value for money as you'll get promotions on the roast duck.

Not sure where the name came about, but this place is definitely one of the top places to go for some good food. Having a membership made everything cheaper and more worth it. The food is equally delicious and flavourful. If only they had their promos all year round, I would definitely visit every week.

Staff was friendly on explaining the menu to us and attended to our requests, only issue was that they did not tell us you will get a free rubber duck upon buying the roast duck for which the cashier told us. Food was definitely great and was filling despite only ordering small size. The seating was mostly okay, even has a bag carrier to put your items. Just that some of the seats did not have back support.

Dian Xiao Er, as per usual reviews, is still as good as ever. The food quality at DXE is always consistent, regardless of branch, and they are always on point in their service and delivery. Would definitely recommend DXE and revisit any DXE branch for their quality 当归鸭. 5*!

We were there for lunch on a Monday. Was surprise that there was a $36.80 set menu for lunch. The meal consists of an appetiser, three dishes, two bowls of rice and hot tea. We can opt for brown rice without additional charges. It was value for money
The herbal was as good as it was before. Lettuce was of good portion for two to share, the hot plate tofu with minced pork was delicious. And the appetiser was really hot and crispy when served. It was quite a lot to eat for two.
Service was good and prompt. The servers provides clear explanation of the different lunch promotions. Would definitely return for more of such wonderful dining experience
