Staff: Kieran Outlet: Bishan, 4.10pm First time visiting the outlet at Bishan. I was served by an exceptional staff member, Kieran, who was extremely knowledgeable and proactive in approaching me when he saw that I was confused about the different types of cream puffs. He recommended the standard one while sharing the distinct differences between the different types, such as the flavours and sweetness. His proactiveness and initiative really made this outlet stand out compared to other outlets I frequent, and I would definitely patronize this place again!

Bought the CNY special longevity ring cake today! The staff members were very friendly to let me know that the cakes are stored in the fridge and thus not on display. The staff members here are always helpful with my questions on cake storage. I also like how they handle the order with care.

Quality sweets made from natural ingredients. Definitely worth paying for! Always love how the staff pack the sweets to ensure freshness. However, the staff can certainly improve on their customer service!

So many desserts to choose from. Some are reasonably priced. Cheese tart was nice. The biscuit had the right hardness and flavor and held up the cheese well. The cheese didn't ooze out but was tasty. A touch of lemon gave it a different flavor. Different from what you may expect from other stores.

I'm so in love with their ice cream. It's cheap and so rich in flavour, but it melts fast, so enjoy it immediately after buying. This shop is very close to the MRT station. You can buy cake and their other snacks with a small ice bag prepared by them and go straight back home easily.

Prices in Singapore are reasonable. I tried a whole cake (crispy chocolate). Perfect! Buy with confidence!

I had pre-ordered the cake and requested a certain number of candles. Upon collection, I was told they had run out of smaller candles and their stock wasn't here yet. They told me to just use big candles or put more. That's disrespectful to the birthday girl. They gave me an alternative for number candles, but I had to pay for them... Was that even a logical suggestion? Pay more for your shortsightedness in a pre-ordered cake with an indicated number of candles? That's poor customer service.

The quality and variety were among the best. It's well known for its addictive items, made from high-quality ingredients. The service from the team was exceptional! Denzel was friendly and offered recommendations on what to try when he saw us standing in front of the display chiller, contemplating what to order. He then noted our request accordingly and had the various slices packed as instructed. SiYin processed our payment. She was efficient and cheerful. She handled our cash payment in a very pleasant manner as we were not familiar with e-payment. Kieran was hardworking and was busy arranging and replenishing items at the display. We observed excellent teamwork among them!
