Staff: Kieran Outlet: Bishan, 4.10pm First time visiting the outlet at Bishan. I was served by an exceptional staff member, Kieran, as he was extremely knowledgeable and proactive in approaching me when he saw that I was confused about the different types of cream puffs. He recommended the standard one while sharing the distinct differences between the few types, such as the flavours and sweetness. His proactiveness and initiative really made this outlet stand out compared to the others that I frequent, and I would definitely patronize this place again!

- Mom usually bought the cute fruity ice-cream pack for $3.00. I can instantly feel the fruitiness, but it's quite sweet. - I had the White Zebra slice cake as a birthday treat for myself, and I have to say it tastes way better than Coffeebean's cakes. It's also not as expensive as Coffeebean's.

If I could, I would give it a negative rating. Only 3 people were in the shop. I waited 10 minutes there. The staff didn't direct the queue, and he saw me there before another client, but just served him first because he was closer to him? Then what is the 'Please Queue Here' sign for?

Went there on April 23, 2022, around 6:15 PM to buy a birthday cake for my daughter and left the shop. Checked and discovered there were no candles inside, so went back to request the candles. The cashier was kind of rude and showed a displeased expression. This kind of service attitude is unacceptable. The staff seriously needs some training.
