quick to order, only waited for 5 minutes to have 2 drinks ready. staff was kind and byob(bring your own bottle)-friendly too!

hi, i got buy drinks on 26/5 for Buy1 get . The shop look very busy but the disappointed is only 1 staff but still the staff doing drink very fast even the order keep coming she never avoid to taking order and when she pass the drink she keep saying sorry. She is super power girl :)

both staff were not using gloves when they were handling raw fruits. 1 staff used her bare hands to break the banana and put it into the blender while full on grabbing the edible part

Staff is worst ever! One time the straw runs out, the staff just pass me the cup and that's it. Today the payment system is spoilt and unable to order from the terminal. The staff just looked at us pressed for the order only to fail at payment . Then the staff took my order nonchalantly, without an apology.

Around 11/04 12:50pm, I had an order for a Mango Magic and Skinny Dip but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The female staff member, whom seemed more focused on chatting with another customer while my drink was left sitting in the blender. I believe that fulfilling orders should be the top priority. Even after I inquired about my order, my concern was brushed off. On top of that, the Mango Magic didn’t taste as expected — it was unusually sour and not the same as what I’ve had before. I hope the management takes this as feedback for improving both service quality and product consistency. Thank you.

Boost juice is suppose to be a fun and energy boosting experience. I’ve always have good vibes about their juices. But today, I had the most horrible experience with this brand. I walked away feeling angry, disappointed, let down. All the negative energy just overwhelmed me. I was at the outlet at exactly 10am but there was no staff at the counter. I walked away to buy other stuff and came back about 5 mins later. At 10:05, a staff (a grouchy and sleepy guy) was seen opening the store. I ordered my favourite juice, lo and behold, all I got from the staff was a nod ! During the whole process of taking my order, preparing it and even collecting money from me, not a single sound came out from this staff!! What a start to a day! 🙄

they missed my order and many people who ordered after me got their order before, when we asked for the order, they just brushed it off and 20mins for a drink on a busy day is horrible service. The love for boost is gone now, the service was definitely horrendous, anyone who may be going to bishan boost pls rethink your choice now
