they missed my order and many people who ordered after me got their order before, when we asked for the order, they just brushed it off and 20mins for a drink on a busy day is horrible service. The love for boost is gone now, the service was definitely horrendous, anyone who may be going to bishan boost pls rethink your choice now

I have drank boost at many outlets and this outlet absolutely sucks. Slow and the taste is so different from other outlets (in a bad way.)

ordered boosts like trillion times at different outlets but j8 branch consistently blends up the worst of the lot. today 26 jul at about 8.15pm passion mango came to me totally watery, non icy. they were busy, but this is not a valid reason to serve up sub standard drinks. pls look into training your staff to make the drinks correctly.

Came at 1030H, no one was there, understandable cause maybe just opened. Then i ordered on the kiosk, im no receipt kinda person. So i threw the receipt. But the worker saw me ordering n pay as he came in, but the order didnt flow in they printer or wht. Tht fat MALAY worker (not racist, im malay, just wnt the whoever in charge to knock some sense into him) asked for the receipt and he blamed me for throwin the receipt, dude is not my prob tht printer not working, no single sorry or anything than just blame me "dont throw the receipt"... mf

I ordered drinks here a number of times. I noticed sometimes they are understaffed (with only 1 person at the stall taking orders and making the drinks), while at other times they have 3 staff. The staff tries their best to fulfill the orders despite being short-handed.

I arrived at 10:30 AM, and no one was there, which was understandable as they may have just opened. Then I ordered at the kiosk. I'm not a receipt kind of person, so I threw the receipt away. Today, July 26th, at approximately 8:15 PM, my Passion Mango was totally watery and lacked ice. They were busy, but this is not a valid reason to serve substandard drinks. Please look into training your staff to make the drinks correctly.
