They missed my order, and many people who ordered after me received theirs first. When we inquired about it, they just brushed us off, and waiting 20 minutes for a drink on a busy day is horrible service. The love for Boost is gone now; the service was definitely horrendous. Anyone considering going to Bishan Boost, please rethink your choice.

Ordered watermelon lychee crush, but the order came as water-xxxx-crush. No watermelon or lychee taste, just an ice blend.

Both staff were not using gloves when they were handling raw fruits. One staff used her bare hands to break the banana and put it into the blender while fully grabbing the edible part.

I'm quite a big fan of Boost Vita C Detox. But this juice, as you can see, had a taste and texture that you can imagine. I'm drinking pomace. The two male staff members were goofing around while making my drink. When I wanted to place an order, the female staff member was sitting on the ground as well. 😳

Quick to order, and we only waited 5 minutes for two drinks to be ready. The staff was kind and BYOB (bring your own bottle) friendly too.

Staff is the worst ever! One time, when the straw ran out, the staff just passed me the cup, and that's it. Today, the payment system was out of order, and we were unable to order from the terminal. The staff just looked at us as we tried to place the order, only for the payment to fail. Then the staff took my order nonchalantly, without an apology.

Hi, I bought drinks on 26/5 for a Buy 1 Get 1 deal. The shop looked very busy, but it was disappointing that there was only one staff member. Still, she was making drinks very fast. Even though orders kept coming, she never avoided taking orders, and when she passed the drinks, she kept saying sorry. She is a superpower girl! :)

Boost Juice is supposed to be a fun and energy-boosting experience. I've always had good vibes about their juices. But today, I had the most horrible experience with this brand. I walked away feeling angry, disappointed, and let down. All the negative energy just overwhelmed me. I was at the outlet at exactly 10 AM, but there was no staff at the counter. I walked away to buy other stuff and came back about 5 minutes later. At 10:05 AM, a staff member (a grouchy and sleepy guy) was seen opening the store. I ordered my favourite juice, and lo and behold, all I got from the staff member was a nod! During the whole process of taking my order, preparing it, and even collecting money from me, not a single sound came out from the staff member!! What a start to a day! 🙄

On 11/04, around 12:50 PM, I had an order for a Mango Magic and Skinny Dip, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The female staff member seemed more focused on chatting with another customer, while my drink was left sitting in the blender. I believe that fulfilling orders should be the top priority. Even after I inquired about my order, my concern was brushed off. On top of that, the Mango Magic didn’t taste as expected — it was unusually sour and not the same as what I’ve had before. I hope the management takes this as feedback for improving both service quality and product consistency. Thank you.
