Called them over the course of 45min to both store numbers but nobody picked up the phone. Thought staff might be busy. Arrived at store while calling. Saw phone ringing and staff not answering it. Maybe they were focused on customers.

The lady was alone but she deals with all 4 groups of enquiries very diligently, got me my shoes and even ask if I wana join member to get some discount 😘 she is a role model to all salesperson !!! Love her service n thumbs up Bata!! …

Relatively good service. The sales staff tried to call other outlet for the size I wanted rather than just saying "Don't know".

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent just in front of the lift but can be crowded during weekends and peak hours.

It was good, you could get what you needed for your feet, like shoes, sandals, socks, bags, and accessories, but quite limited in choices.
