Very bad service from this outlet. There is this male staff that is rude and unfriendly. No patience in answering customer question. The management should look into improving their staff customer service.(sun plaza outlet also)

11 Jan around 8 plus when to junction 8. Staff from bata Junction 8 , staff name Avery ( short women, dark skin and the eyes are a little crooked. not sure she is malay or Filipino women. Really have a bad attitude. When I asked her some questions, he felt very impatient and told me that if you don't believe me, you can come to our manager tomorrow morning.What type of this service .

Very rude sales lady. She said “you cannot ask a lot you know?” That is wrong attitude. Customers have a right to try and fit shoes they would like to buy. Please correct this attitude. I have selected good pairs to purchase, but after that remark, i lost interest to continue to shop in this store.

Take note that although store info states they close at 10pm, they had shuttles down at 9.35pm and refused to serve us even thou we knew exactly what item n size we need. The lady at cashier said that they need time to do cashier settlement to submit by 10pm. Go early if you need something.

The uncle is impatient and not helpful. He is also impolite. Tried 2 pairs of business shoes and I asked him which is better. He said don’t know. Not helpful at all

Excellent service by this particular Bata staff who was on duty in the evening. She was very patient and understanding as I tried out different sizes and styles and even helped to check if there are sizes in other branches.

Super bad quality. Paid Sgd 50 and cant even last 9 months. Wrote into customer service and refuse to do anything. Bata of today represents POOR service and quality based on my experience

I Went there to buy my work sandals in the late afternoon and was greeted well by Bata staffs. One of the bata staffs helped to even chauffed the sandals with wax so that when i tried on the sharp edges wont hurt my feet. She also was really patient in assisting me for my membership birthday discount. Overall experience was great! Thank you Bata!

Called them over the course of 45min to both store numbers but nobody picked up the phone. Thought staff might be busy. Arrived at store while calling. Saw phone ringing and staff not answering it. Maybe they were focused on customers.
