I called both store numbers over the course of 45 minutes, but nobody picked up the phone. I thought the staff might be busy. When I arrived at the store while still calling, I saw the phone ringing and the staff not answering it. Perhaps they were focused on customers.

On January 11th, around 8 PM, I went to Junction 8. A staff member from Bata at Junction 8, named Avery (a short woman with dark skin and slightly crooked eyes), had a really bad attitude. I'm not sure if she is Malay or Filipino. When I asked her some questions, she felt very impatient and told me, "If you don't believe me, you can come to our manager tomorrow morning." What kind of service is this?

Please note that although store information states they close at 10 PM, they had their shutters down by 9:35 PM and refused to serve us, even though we knew exactly what item and size we needed. The lady at the cashier said they needed time to complete cashier settlement to submit by 10 PM. Go early if you need something.

Very rude sales lady. She said, “You cannot ask a lot, you know?” That is the wrong attitude. Customers have a right to try on shoes they would like to buy. Please correct this attitude. I had selected good pairs to purchase, but after that remark, I lost interest in continuing to shop in this store.

Excellent service by this particular Bata staff member who was on duty in the evening. She was very patient and understanding as I tried out different sizes and styles, and even helped to check if there were sizes in other branches.

The uncle is impatient and not helpful. He is also impolite. I tried two pairs of business shoes and asked him which was better. He said he didn't know. Not helpful at all.

I went there to buy my work sandals in the late afternoon and was greeted well by Bata staff. One of the Bata staff helped to even condition the sandals with wax so that when I tried them on, the sharp edges wouldn't hurt my feet. She was also really patient in assisting me with my membership birthday discount. Overall experience was great! Thank you, Bata!

Super bad quality. I paid SGD 50, and it can't even last 9 months. I wrote to customer service, and they refused to do anything. Bata today represents poor service and quality, based on my experience.
