I was a fan of All Would Envy until my recent experience with one of their staff at their Junction 8 Store and customer service staff Insyirah. I was at their Junction 8 store to purchase a particular dress. However as I was not satisfied with the two available pieces at the store, I decided to try to purchase the dress online. To my dismay, the staff that was serving me was not pleased. She showed disapproval despite my constant apologies for the trouble caused. Firstly, I was at the store around 5pm and there was only another customer at the store. Secondly, as there were only two available pieces at hand, was it really a lot of trouble to ask her to show me the second piece? I can understand if the store was busy but it was quiet. I would have also further understood her frustrations if many pieces were shown. I hope staff members would be more patient with their customers and understand that sometimes, we take about an hour to travel down and yet we do not complain and even apologies beforehand for our request. So I emailed the customer service team to share my experience and to end it off, there was no response to my last email reply being sent out which I felt it was rude and insincere. This experience is a stark contrast to my previous communication with another staff Jamie who was very patient and understanding; and even offered solutions to accomodate my request.

Their clothings are personally designed by the humble and friendly bosses. Cute, classy, playful, solids. Be it for work or casual, you can always find something to your liking as they have a wide variety of pretty prints in various silhouettes and very inclusive sizes for everyone.
Material of the clothes are really good and prices are also very affordable as compared to other local blogshops. Extremely love their dress rompers and super pampered by the brand because all their dresses come with pockets!!
