I was not able to find the product I was looking for, but Fang Ling at the counter gladly found it for me. Most staff would just point in the general direction, but her extra customer service has not gone unnoticed!

Nice drug store. It's easy to find anywhere in SG. For tourists, they can help with GST refunds after a minimum purchase of $100. Just inform the cashier, give your passport, and they will help you get the receipt. If you forget to claim, you can go to any Watson store to claim it. You can also combine more than one invoice at any Watson store.

This is a drugstore selling health, wellness, skincare, makeup, and even nail products. They have a wide range of Sally Hansen nail polish, even vegan ones. I personally find the vegan colors rather unusual and don't really suit most skin tones, but their quality makes them worth a try. They also have the Korean Dashing Diva press-on nails, which last about 5-7 days for me. I find the quality great, and the Watsons at Junction 8 has the widest variety of designs available. They have lots of great deals, and it's quite neat and clean. Toilets are nearby. It's quite calming to just walk around in the store.

I visited to get some prescribed meds. I was attended to by Pharmacist Sharon, who was knowledgeable and generally created a pleasant retail experience. It feels more like an old mom-and-pop shop, and it's homely.

Today, 14/7, I visited Watson's at J8. I approached sales staff Jenny Teng, who was helpful, kind, and friendly. She was able to help me with my needs. If all the other staff I've met before were like Jenny, it would be nice and would make shopping a wonderful experience at Watson's.

Love love love the service and La Roche Posay product range at this branch! They have a regular LRP & Vichy **promoter** stationed at this outlet. Both the staff & LRP promoter were very helpful with my inquiries and purchases. They were very patient in addressing my concerns on product availability. I would continue to make purchases from this **Watsons** branch should I be running errands in the Bishan area. Highly recommended!
