Was not able to find the product that I was looking for, but Fang Ling at the counter was very happy to find it for me. Most staff would just point in the general direction but her extra customer service has not gone unnoticed!

First of all, I have to say, the aircon is very hot, and alot of the fellow customers did mention that the aircon was very hot.
