The Aurora dress is my favorite piece because of its incredibly flattering design. If you want to sell clothing, please ensure the quality is there. You are selling a dress for $40, and yet there isn't even a decent lining inside. Basically, it's just a piece of fabric made into a dress, and it's unwearable because it's translucent. This is a really cheap way to earn money from one-time customers. Very disappointed to buy from such an online seller who compromises on quality.

I superbly love this shop. They come out with new designs frequently that are fresh, vibrant, and fun! The best part of all is that it's one size fits all from S to XXL. It's great to be able to find clothes that can fit different sizes. I've been losing weight, and constantly shopping for new clothes in new sizes is a headache. I have made a few purchases with them. Items were mostly delivered in good condition, except for a missing sash for a dress in my first online purchase with them. Customer service was responsive and arranged for the sash to be collected at PLQ. Items tend to get sold out fast; however, some allow backorders, with delivery usually taking 3-4 weeks.
Though they operate on a 'one-size' concept, be aware that if one cutting fits you, a different design might not. Therefore, always check the size chart before purchase, as their exchange policy is not a straightforward 1-to-1 exchange. For example, if you purchase a $39 dress under a 10% storewide promotion (e.g., a Women's Day promo), and it's delivered within 7 days but doesn't fit, you cannot exchange it for another $39 dress of the same value. Instead, they treat exchanges like refunds: they refund the paid amount ($35.10), and you have no choice but to top up for the next $39 dress. Furthermore, they may tell you that no exchange is allowed for 'sale items'.
In my opinion, there is a clear difference between a storewide promotion and a sale/markdown-to-clear item. The exchange Terms and Conditions are somewhat confusing for an online store. Buying in-store eliminates this problem, as you can try items on before purchasing. However, their physical stores are quite compact and therefore do not carry all available stock for trying on.

I have been shopping at Tracyeinny since the Tampines One days. My first purchase was a few pairs of pants, and they are so comfy even now. I understand those pants are no longer available. I love the one-size-fits-all concept. I hardly wear dresses, but I recently bought two dresses from them. The staff (Theresa and some part-timers) are all so friendly and helpful. I brought my niece, who lives in Adelaide, to Tracyeinny, and she has been going there each time she comes back. I enjoy watching them on Facebook Live and seeing all the new items.
