If you want to sell clothings please ensure quality is there . You are selling a pce of dress for $40 and yet there is not even a decently of lining inside the dress. Basically it is just a cloth to make into a dress and how to wear as it is translucent to see underneath. Really cheapo to earn one time customer money . Very disappointed to buy from such online seller whereby it compromises quality to all ..

Have made a few purchases with them. Items mostly delivered in good condition except missing a sash for a dress in my first online purchase with them. Customer service is responsive to arrange a sash for collection at PLQ. Items tend to get sold out fast, however some allow backorders, usually 3-4 weeks to deliver. Though it is one-size concept, do be aware that if a cutting fit you, a different design might not, so do check out the size chart before purchase as exchange policy is not really the expected 1-1 exchange, e.g. if you purchase a dress $39 under promo 10% say women's day storewide promo, and it gets delivered within 7days but find it not fit, you cannot get it exchanged for another dress at same value $39. They treated exchange like refund i.e. refund paid amount $35.10 and you have no choice but to top-up for the next $39 dress, and they tell you actually no exchange allowed for "sale items". There is a difference between storewide promo vs sale/markdown-to-clear item in my opinion. Exchange T&C kind of confusing for online store. Buy in store then no such problem as you can try first before buying. However, their stores are quite compact thus do not carry all available stock for trying.

It was terrible experience for the Tove Jeans in Faded Blue I bought. This is the second time I wear it. I wash the Jeans and the colour dye faded so badly. The attached photo is the 3rd rinse and I still can’t get rid of the dyed. The colour has damaged my new pair of shoe and Apple Watch straps. Wrote email to the company and there is no reply but someone WhatsApp me and asked question. After I reply them, it went silence and no apology has been offer. Note that I have bought some tops and pants including this Jeans. It is disappointing that the shop ignore customer’s feedback.

I have been shopping at Tracyeinny since Tampines One days. My 1st purchase was few pairs of pants and they are so comfy even now. I understand the item is no longer available. Love the one size fits all concept, hardly wear dresses but recently bought 2 dresses from them ! The staff (Theresa & some part timers) are all so friendly & helpful. Clothes are all in 1 size which is great for try-ons. A lot of dresses are in polyester and i wish there are more fabric choices as polyester can be pretty hot when worn whole day and outdoors. Service staff are pleasant , friendly and helpful. Only grouse is the queue to fitting room as there is no limit to the no of pieces of clothings you can try on, so the wit can be a bit long at times.

I have been shopping at TE since 2023 and now, this is my only go-to shop to buy dresses. I love how the dresses come in many different prints and styles and are super comfortable that I don’t really need to try them on to know that they will fit well and are very comfortable and affordable. And the salespeople at bishan outlet are super nice and friendly. They will recommend and let you try on as many pieces as you wish but will not pressurize you to buy. I have become a loyal customer and really appreciate their warmth everytime I visit the outlet or watch their live demo. And because of TE, I have changed my dressing style completely from casual skirt and blouse to sweet dresses that always make people comment that I look good! Have also become more confident and daring to try different styles and even louder prints like animal prints. It has been a really enjoyable experience shopping at TE and now my only issue is that I don’t dare to go to the outlet too frequently because they launch new products very quickly and my wardrobe is too full 😂

The superstar cuttings are indeed superstars and love the fittings whether I gain or loose weight. Post injury even for my hospital visits and physiotherapy sessions also the dresses are comfy and easy to wear. It makes me feel good even in bad situations.
