If you want a quick yakitori fix, this is the place to go in Singapore. It’s a chain store so you don’t have to particularly choose this store as they cover the island particularly well. The food is decent and for yakitori at this price it’s definitely not bad!

Tori-q stands the test of time. The rice here is honestly really good for the price point. Get 4 sticks to get a discount and I recommend asking for less rice to get another discount, it'll still be sufficient food. Only about 5 groups can dine in so there's not a lot of seats, but most of the crowd have their to go. At dinner time, the queue can be intimidating because there can be up to 30 people in line, stretching across yakun's entire shop front, but even so the line moves quick thanks to the staff.

Dined in on 5 May at around 3+pm. Exceptional service. Enthusiastic and super patient staff, even when several customers needed more help. Unusual in fnb industry these days. Very positive, no complaints. Great teamwork too.

My most favourite Japan bento shop. Have been patronising this ToriQ for many years. Love the pork stick.....its the best. Pork with asparagus is good also. Jumbo sausage is good. Quail egg not bad. Chicken stick also not bad. Service is fast even though long queue during peak hours. Staffs are patient and friendly.

This is usually a quick takeaway situation so the atmosphere is busy n cramped. The food was ok - chicken fillet although there were many ppl ordering more than me ; sets etc.

Not much of a looker, but absolutely yummy! Rice is well-cooked. The meat selection is just the best, I always have a hard time pulling back on picking everything. I always request for the mayo on top and less rice (yes, more and less rice is an option). The dining space is super small though, more for in and out dining.

You can bring the confirm girlfriend/boyfriend here. Not on your first date if you want to impress. Other than that, the food is always consistent, at least it is a hearty box of proteins. The sauce is great too. I personally dislike the pickles as they are usually very old.

I gave it 5 stars for keeping the standard of their food even after so many years have gone by. Their rice is from this place called Niigata in Japan and they even sell it over the counter as well. The staff taking the food orders are always clear and precise. I also like how this person called out the orders to the staff handling the cashier. Examples like: ‘no rice’, ‘no sauce’, ‘more pickles’ or ‘more seaweeds’. Staff would ask: ‘You want mayonnaise on your fried skewer’ and ‘mayo on the side or separate’? They make ordering of the skewers easy and quick(unless one that couldn’t make up their mind on what they want). So don’t take it that the staff taking your orders is yelling at you. This store has been here a long time. I really do not mind the place being a little small(most of their other stores too). As my lunch time is around 12:45pm, maybe I have been lucky… I get to sit every time when I am here. Usually here on weekdays and most of their customers are buying takeaway. So yes, seats/tables are limited.

This is not the first time I'm visiting this stall at evening time and encountered few times already with this lady. This lady serving me is very rude and impatience. I haven't even tell her what I want and she put seaweed on the rice because I wanted to add more sauce. After I told her and she throw the pack of rice aside and not happy. What kind of service is it if you are working in service line. No need to rush people to order. We have the right to order slowly. And I never even take up so much time. I still say thank you to you.

The guy putting the food onto my plate was veryyy rude. He said very annoyingly "can u speak louder or not?? I cannott hear what u saying!!!" He glare 瞪着 at me some more. I never even tell my order rudely or impolitely. Now whenever I walk past toriQ stores, I will 转身离开
