I am utterly upset and disappointed after I found out my purchase was wrong. I intended to purchase the refill version of the cushion, but I was given the full set version that comes with a case, which I don't need. I got 2 units, so I paid for 2 cases instead of just the refill packs themselves. I am certain I informed the staff when I entered the shop this afternoon and asked specifically for the refill pack of the V201 cushion and an eyebrow pencil by showing her a photo of the model. The friendly staff made some recommendations for other cushion models which do not have a refill option, so she got me the cushion units, which I thought were the refill versions. When I got home and organized my purchase, I then realized they were 2 full set versions. I called the shop immediately and told them that my items were wrong and I needed to come back to get the refill version. The first lady who took my call firmly said no refund was allowed for any purchase. She also said there was no refill version in stock. I was furious that the staff didn't inform me about this. The call was then passed to a second lady who served me, who offered to exchange my wrong purchase, but for something else which I don't need. AND I had to come down to the shop by today. I told her that it was impossible for me to go back today. This will probably be my last visit to THE FACESHOP; it's time for me to switch to maybe INNISFREE. Sigh. Lesson learned: Always double-check your purchase before payment. Don't trust the staff to give you the right version. I am yet to open my eyebrow pencil to check if it is broken.

I went into the shop with the intention of buying something, but the Chinese staff member was coughing non-stop. Given it's COVID times and she was facing customers, I would appreciate it if she could wear a mask. But she didn't, nor did she cover when she coughed. It was quite a turn-off.

Since I stumbled upon Belif 5-6 years ago, I’m hooked, especially because June has been so kind and genuine in her advice to me. She has been taking care of my face since! Belif products are excellent for my skin—gentle and fast results!

I have been introduced to ‘Belief’ products by Stella around 2018, and my skin has since then improved tremendously. I also love shopping at this outlet, as the three ladies, Stella, June, and Libby, are very helpful and friendly.
