One man's meat is another man's poison. The shop has a synthetic perfume machine that pumps out poisonous mist that makes the shop seemingly smells nice but I had a nauseating experience.

I went to the TSW store at J8 to try on some new pieces. Unfortunately, the zipper on my romper got stuck halfway and I couldn't zip it down. I had to call for help from the staff. May kindly came into the fitting room. While assisting me, she recorded the problem on her phone, showing me the tear on my romper that had caused the zipper to get stuck. Fortunately, she managed to get the zipper down eventually. May then gave me a large striped dress to wear so I could continue to look at the clothes while picking out two pieces to buy and wear home. I tried on a blue top and a denim skort, and after confirming my choices and making payment, another staff member, Sui Yee, proceeded to remove the tags and even ironed them with a garment steamer. I was touched beyond words. Their customer service was top-notch. They went beyond their call of duty, all while maintaining their patience and professionalism. I walked out of TSW very happy wearing my blue top and denim skort. I am so thankful to them. I'm a long-time customer of TSW and I always look forward to their new arrivals. Thank you to Jamie and her team for such a wonderful experience at TSW at J8 Bishan!

Love shopping at the Bishan branch. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Sui Yee. It has become almost a weekly or a twice-weekly affair after falling in love with the eyelet and floral embroidery outfits, especially the midi dresses and tops, which are my favorite. Reasonably priced and good value for money. Always on the lookout for their new arrivals.

The shop smells really nice and it's spacious. The staff are friendly. The material of their clothes is quite good too. Design ranges from casual to corporate, which makes it a one-stop shop!
