Service sucks, full of flies. I ask for non-sugar non-caffeine drinks cashier recommended new product that's full of sugar... After 1 hrs they chased me out but others can stay longer than 1 hr... Ridiculous. Just go to the Shake Shack beside them so much better to chill

Got in the car and had a very unpleasant surprise. $12 for 2 breakfast sets, looking more like 1.5 🤧 No idea how someone can miss out on putting egg on the toast. DMed via IG, read but no response. Order takeaway sets at your own risk 🥴

No frills, as what you would expect from any coffee bean outlet. I took away a single origin iced Americano, it was quick & easy

Down sides: The mint cookies & cream cake was not fresh anymore. It gave off a smelly of rotten egg for the sponge cake in between the cheese layers. I saw other customers also left it unfinished. The environment was very noisy also, until 10pm also very noisy. Suitable to chat, but not suitable to do work/study, cuz too noisy.
Good side: drinks okay.

I ordered a soy chai latte. The drink pictured arrived. I tasted it, and it tasted like water—extremely diluted. Upon checking with Hafiz, whom I assumed was the manager, he said it was a standard serving size, and that they had changed the chai formula so it could look ‘brighter’. I couldn’t stomach the pointless reason given, because it was nowhere near a normal chai colour. He continued to suggest a solution of reducing the amount of soy milk to make it taste better. I struggled to understand this, as I had told him it was watery and not creamy. How would lessening the soy milk amount help to make it more tasty or creamy? I poured my drink, with only one sip taken, down the drain outside the Junction 8 bus interchange linkway. $8.20 for a cup of water. I did not even consume it. I was extremely unhappy with this product quality and service recovery. It seems they do not understand what goes into a chai latte, yet they can charge almost $10 for a small-sized serving. I will never purchase from them again.
