The queue is really long, but the staff are extremely efficient, able to take orders for three people at once. The space is quite small relative to the number of customers, and I highly recommend going there after the after-school rush, when the RI and Catholic High students are there.

The staff are inexperienced and not adequately skilled to prepare food. Look at what they gave me. The bread is not properly pressed, and all the ingredients and sauce are spilled out. It looks so messy and totally killed my appetite.

Ordered via Grab. My order included the Cold Cut Trio with Parmesan Oregano, and Pandan and White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies.
I toasted my bread at home to make it crispy on the outside while soft on the inside. Taste-wise, I couldn't seem to taste the parmesan or oregano. Regarding the vegetables, I was a little disappointed because you can only choose a maximum of 6, but nonetheless, they were all good and fresh.
**Pandan Cookie:** It smells just like pandan chiffon cake, but taste-wise, it's not as pandan-y. I do like the chewy and slightly crispy texture of the cookie.
**White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie:** Crispier than the pandan one. The macadamia provided a good crunch.

I visited Subway at Junction 8 around 9:45 PM. I ordered a roasted chicken breast wrap and chose to add mozzarella cheese.
When I reached home and started to eat it, I realized that the mozzarella cheese was not cooked, which meant the staff there didn't put the wrap in the oven. I could taste the coldness of the mozzarella cheese. I have provided a photo of the uncooked mozzarella cheese below.
It is quite dangerous if the cheese is not cooked, as it might be contaminated if stored improperly in the fridge. I might even get diarrhea after eating your food! From this incident, I can tell that your staff is not well-trained. I wonder if they passed their hygiene course.

Busy outlet during peak hours. Love the Veggie Delite with Falafel! Highly recommend to vegetarians.

‘THE WORST SUBWAY OUTLET IN SG’
If you order a sandwich from this outlet, you will never be able to get what you order right away. You have to complain and order again. I live in Bishan, and if I ordered 10 times, 9 times out of 10 they get it wrong.
The reason I decided to upload this today is because I can't stand it anymore. I ordered tomato soup, but they put broccoli soup. And I ordered it toasted, but they didn't even toast it, and it was very cold.
If the owner wants to avoid situations like losing customers one by one, they really have to change the staff there.
I don't know how many times I've complained already.

The auntie staff are very friendly and patiently take your order. Food is consistently good at all outlets. I enjoy my breakfast here.

Just putting this out there so nobody gets misled like me.
I ordered the breakfast bread with coffee.
The breakfast bread doesn't come with coffee. With coffee, it's $9.50, which is technically an increase from the $5 base price, but 🤮.
Or, at least insist on skipping the hash brown. It's so dry it made the coffee seem better. You will save $0.80 without it.
Also, this place doesn't accept FAVE.

I have been eating at Subway J8 for years and have realized that the amount of lettuce they give nowadays is pathetic.
On September 18, 2024, I bought a footlong chicken teriyaki flatbread (takeaway) for $14.60. The amount of lettuce I received was less than half of what I used to get (photo attached).
The prices of their subs have gone up quite a bit over the years, which I understand and accept is due to inflation. However, at the same time, they are also cutting down on the amount of vegetables they provide.
I am very disappointed and feel shortchanged. I'm not sure if this only happens at the J8 outlet or if it's a widespread issue, as I seldom buy from other locations. I hope Subway management can look into this and be fair to their customers.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Subway outlet located in Bishan. I came intending to order a salad, only to be informed without any valid explanation that I could not include onions. When I asked for an alternative arrangement, the staff outright refused to accommodate my request.
To make matters worse, the portion served was shockingly inadequate, bordering on unacceptably stingy. As a long-time patron and supporter of Subway, I have always appreciated the ability to customise my meal and expected a certain standard of service and quality. Unfortunately, this particular outlet fell drastically short on both counts.
The lack of flexibility, poor service attitude, and dismal portion size at this location have left me genuinely appalled.
