By far the worse facial spa experience. There was a trial session marketed at 68 dollars and decided to try it. Upon entering, Christina was talking about the deal, that they will show a before and after face scans and went through the treatment that I was about to have. The ambience is not relaxing. The therapist, who had a cold and cough, did my facial. She basically did a step by step routine that was expected out of her. She did not have gentle hands and was very rough. Half the time, she was coughing while she did my facial. Kept apologizing for it. In the first place, why have a sick therapist do my facial? After every facial step, she would step out. She did not close the door properly and could hear the other therapists eating and chatting. The final step was a sheet mask application. After she applied it, she left the room and the sheet mask kept coming out of my face. It was as if the product did not get absorbed into my face. After she came back, she said its the end and Christina would speak to me. Christina spoke to me as if I wanted to buy the package. Given the horrible experience, I will never recommend this place to anyone. It is just an affordable option. Basically, you pay a low price and cannot expect quality results.

Consultant Nicole was patient in explaining the packages available for us. She offered a few alternatives as well based on our skin concerns. We ended up not applying for any packages, and Nicole was understanding about it.

I was greeted by Nicole,She was very friendly and nice, she even gave me tea.My therapist Penny was very friendly and hospitable.She did a fantastic job explaining and walking me throughout the facial process to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. As it was my first time, she helped understand what my treatment which was the intense hydrating facial with IPL was all about so I could get the benefits of the treatment. Penny also gave me advise on what to do after my treatment which is very helpful.
