I attended the BCLS instructor course. The course content was well and thoroughly covered by Eric and Jeremy. I recommend fellow instructors to take this course.

Val is an amazing instructor! The class had a wonderful time learning first aid from her.

90% of donations enter directors’ pockets, but their “volunteers” love to be passive-aggressive and mock those who do not donate, particularly those working hard to beg past 10 PM at Tampines Bus Interchange.

What a life saver!! I was organising an outing in a distant location with slower access to professional first responders. One of our participants mentioned that they had heart palpitations. We realised it would be appropriate to be equipped with an AED just in case. I didn't know where to get one until I found SHF. All went well for our outing. Being prepared was reassuring! THANK YOU, SINGAPORE HEART FOUNDATION!! What excellent help you all are to society!! theodore teo Field Master Field Experience P.L.

Here's an edited version: "This was my first time attending the BCLS and AED course at SHF. All the instructors are well-educated to train us. I had a good day practicing and refreshing my memory during the course. Thank you to the instructor team."

Too many fundraisers situated outside Kent Ridge MRT trying to canvass donations aggressively by following passers-by. Not a very ethical way, especially since this is a voluntary welfare organisation.

Superb place for members of the public to **learn about** heart health and learn CPR and AED skills.

I have learned CPR from your organisation and the instructors were generally very professional. However, my latest experience was a NIGHTMARE. While I passed my assessment on the first try, I will never return to the Singapore Heart Foundation for my CPR qualification again. The chief instructor was extremely passive-aggressive and made the learning environment very hostile for me. No learner should undergo this when learning how to save lives. I was initially very reluctant to sign up for further first aid courses in case I run into this particular individual again, which contradicts your mission to save lives. However, I will NOT let your bullies stop me from getting certified and saving lives. I will simply go elsewhere. Get your act together and stop bullying learners!
