They never disappoint. The staff was so helpful, especially the clinic assistant whose name I didn't get. She even assisted me through the proper channels after I told her I was late for work. The Malay doctor who checked on me was very friendly and patient with whatever she was doing. She didn't even rush me. Even though I didn't pay a single cent for the check-up. Wow! The service was top-rated!

Nancy, the clinic assistant, was thoughtful and sensitive when explaining the purpose of the tests to be taken and the processes thereafter. Dr. Hafidza displayed excellent bedside manners, answered my questions patiently and with great clarity. Thank you for the 5-star experience, which put me totally at ease and made me comfortable with the necessary steps.

I had an excellent experience with the Singapore Cancer Society. After submitting a screening appointment request online, I received a call the same day—super efficient. Ai Beng helped me schedule the appointment and greeted me with a warm smile upon my arrival.
The process was smooth and quick; after completing some administrative paperwork, I met Dr. Rauzanah, who was very experienced, friendly, and just amazing at what she does. The procedure was comfortable, painless, and completed swiftly. I was also pleased to learn that the procedure was free as part of the Scan for Life initiative.
A huge thank you to Dr. Rauzanah, Ai Beng, and the entire team at the Singapore Cancer Society for their selfless dedication. They perform challenging work with incredible responsibility and commitment, always with a warm smile.

After waiting for a few days, I received a response from the clinic. This mammogram is recommended by the government for Singaporean women aged 50 and above. My screening was done on December 1st, 2023. The queue was well-managed, and the clinic was not crowded. The staff informed me that the result would be sent by mail within 10 weeks.
On February 19th, I made an inquiry call to the clinic and was told that I would have to wait until the end of February to receive my result. To ensure I received my result soon, I reconfirmed my mailing address with the staff.
On March 20th, I made another call to the clinic. This time, I requested to know if my result had an issue. However, the staff told me she was not able to view it in the system. She then asked for my email address and confirmed that she would inform their headquarters to send my result through email, and that I would get it within 7 days.
On the sixth day, still waiting and feeling angry and worried, I finally received the letter in the evening via normal mail. I was glad to know that my result was normal.
The letter was dated January 10th, 2024, but it was posted out only after my last inquiry call on March 20th. Why did it take them so long to post it out? Is it because it's a free service provided by SCS? Previously, I had the screening at the Polyclinic, which cost $50. Darn it! My worry cost more than $50. I will definitely not go back to SCS again!

For ladies who are avoiding their pap smear/HPV test, please come to this clinic rest assured!
I am someone with very low pain tolerance (the kind who refuses to let small scratches get wet) and was absolutely terrified of my first pap smear. The doctor and clinic assistant (both women) were very sweet and patient. They took the time to explain the details, took proper patient history, and the procedure was painless and very swift.
The clinic's examination area is very quiet, and I felt it was a safe space, free from distractions or noise, for the test to be done, especially as I was anxious. Everything was efficient; there was no wait due to their seamless scheduling of appointments. They also smoothly emailed my results within a month. Dr. Rauzanah is clearly competent and stellar in her work. I’ve seen many other general physicians who are indifferent towards patients and care little for someone they only see once!
Overall, I wish all healthcare services worked like this clinic. A sincere and solid 5 stars!

Nice surprise at this small clinic. It looks not so modern and basic, but the staff is friendly and Dr Rauzanah is so gentle and nice.
Definitely, it’s a stress-free check-up experience.
Thank you!
