Never disappoint me at all... The Staff was so helpful especially The Clinic Assistant I did not get her name. She even assist me in proper channel after I already told her that I am late for work. The Malay Doctor that check on me was very friendly and patient with whatever things she doing. She did not even rush me. Even though I did not pay any single cent on the check up. Wow ! The service was top rated !

Extremely helpful and patient staff and doctor from booking appointment to the end of hpv test. Test was done in 30 min only. Highly recommend for their great service and efficiency.

No advise from them before appointment mammogram to check. Arrived and waited for a while before register and was inform that I can't do mammograms as I had my booster 2 weeks ago.. staffs not friendly, and efficient as previously one .

booked for the hpv test on the scs website. appt was confirmed for few months later. arrived at clinic to do safe entry check in, and answer some questionnaires by clinic assistant. after that, doctor called me in to explain abt the hpv test, then proceed with the test. doctor was skillful and reassuring. i did not have any blood or uncomfortable feeling. entire process from check in to check out is abt 30 mins.

I arrived at 1055am with my wife for her 11am appointment. As of 1220pm, she is still in the queue waiting. No logical explanation was given by the staff or doctors for this lapse in service. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time is astounding.

Here's the edited review: "All staff are very nice, efficient, and very friendly. They will call to remind you if you are due for your next check-up. If tests are negative, they will call and email you."

I arrived at 10:55 AM with my wife for her 11:00 AM appointment. As of 12:20 PM, she is still waiting in the queue. No logical explanation was given by the staff or doctors for this lapse in service. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time is astounding.

Booked an HPV test on the SCS website. Appointment was confirmed for a few months later. Arrived at the clinic to complete SafeEntry check-in and answer some questionnaires provided by the clinic assistant. After that, the doctor called me in to explain about the HPV test, then proceeded with the test. The doctor was skillful and reassuring. I did not experience any bleeding or discomfort. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was about 30 minutes.

The staff and doctor were extremely helpful and patient, from booking the appointment to the end of the HPV test. The test was done in only 30 minutes. I highly recommend them for their great service and efficiency.
